Beautiful motel with fantastic contemporary and updated rooms. The really huge walkin shower area was a wonderful addition. Very helpful staff, and the pool area is charming. Excellent location for restaurants and bars. Room service is not included in the standard service, but you could call and request a simple service for towels and garbage. Also, they made beds, which were more than we had at other hotels and were more complete than that which was a benefit despite having to be requested every day. The hotel's several wings, one of which is actually across the road and leads into the town, is the sole drawback. If I recall correctly, this meant a longer walk to and from the poolmain hotel area and also, in the late evening and early morning trainsbars make more noise. If this prompted you, the main advice would be to request a specific location.

We stay here again. Our room was a roll-in bathroom for handicapped people. It was nicely furnished, spotless and with a lovely view of the canal in the back of the hotel. The location is ideal--near the beach, restaurants, and shops. There is also a lovely pool area.

The hotel was clean and friendly with fantastic facilities such as a heated outdoor pool and coffee facilities. The hotel is in a great location close to restaurants and the seafront. We only stayed one night, but I recommend the tomb italian, but be sure to reserve! The food and service were great!.

This place was ideal. There are fantastic dining and shopping close by. They are also just outside your door, for exercise, a bike ride, a walk, a jog, and many more. There were beautiful nighttime skies. Everyone was satisfied that we had chosen to call this hotel our home base for a few nights. I will make this the first option when I visit this charming town by the Pacific ocean again.

We reserved this place because of its location and were pleased with our decision. It's unfortunate that the hotel does not offer breakfast, but there were several options nearby which was fine. In retrospect, we should have booked earlier and asked for a room with a nicer view, but for a single night, it was acceptable.
