Even though we were going to Ak without a plan, we chose this small Sourdough House as our base. This place is recommended. After a long day of driving, exploring, and curling up in a cozy bed, it was so lovely to return to this cozy home. It is clean and has all the conveniences you require for operation. It is close to many activities.

We've been to the hatcher pass twice. The log cabins are quaint and private. The owner is nice and resides on the property. The price isn't worth it at all. It's a matter of minutes from downtown Vanilla and an hour from Anchorage. It's beautiful and private.

The area is close to a busy road. Although tiny, the cabin was very clean. I feel that after spending time in other cabins in Alaska, they are actually overpriced. Hence, I would go to Palmer Motel next time. Also, the bathroom offers little privacy. The location isn't terrible, just the small cabin.

Our first impression at the stay here was the quality of service provided by the service of this hotel. We will come back again and will definitely come back again.

I stayed here while visiting Palma and it has a beautiful location. We didn't expect much since we got everything that we required and the owners were so kind. The whole experience was very comfortable. Reasonably priced and in a good location. Definitely will return to Palma.
