If i returned to new york, which i probably wont, i would stay there again. The room had two queensized beds, which worked for us. Its nice to have a small fridge. The room could have used a couch or a comfortable chair, but maybe there isnt room. The shower was good. The staff was pleasant. Affordable by new york standards. If you have young children, theyll love the dinosaur in the lobby.

At first sight, the Henna Hotel was quite pleasant. One of the cleanest hotels we've stayed in, ideally located near the metro and no transit from the airport and a nice and comfy bed. Then it was time for the bed. Although the hotel is fresh, it's pretty obvious that it was cheaply built with walls thin as paper. We were on the floor and could hear people coughing on the street. We heard everything, every person walking insideoutside, every beat from the music in the bars, every siren, and every car. Every night, every night. Did the hotel do anything about it? Nothing, they barely can be bothered when we expressed the concern. Here is the worst part. All checked out and paid for, invoice is correct, no issues with reception. A few hours later, when we were at the airport, I saw my credit card charged with an additional $ 57. I couldn't figure out what it was, and when I got home, I emailed the hotel. They claim I stole the to remote control from the hotel room. Its mind-baffling that I was unable to explain. To was 20 years old, why wouldn't we take the remote with us? There never was a remote. This is one of the oldest hotels scams in the history, charging the customer for something impossible to prove or prove. The remote control

Very convenient location with good service. 10-15 minutes walk to empire state and korea town. 15 minutes walk to time square. Even during the busy christmas season, the front service was excellent, allowing free late checkout and free luggage storage for the whole checkout day. Very close to famous bagel stores such as best bagel and liberty bagel.

I was pleasantly delighted during my stay at the hotel. Henn na is a new facility built to a very high standard, unlike many hotels in nyc. The location is ideal, near times square and the mall. The room was very large, well maintained and cleaned every day! In conclusion, i would like to call out paulette from the front desk who went above and beyond to help us during our stay. Thank you! Bottom line, highly recommended!.

The hotel was lovely and tidy. The housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping the room tidy and organized. All of our needs were met. The staff was helpful, friendly, and very nice, especially Rachel at the reception. She helped us with everything we needed and gave us the best possible experience. The t-rex in the lobby was a nice touch. Will definitely book again if i come back to new york.

The bathroom appeared to be brandnew. And then, free luggage storage. After that, blackout curtains were a nice touch. Subsequently, large nyc size rooms, quick elevators, and quiet noise from the city. Hereafter, spotless. Beside that, excellent position close to many subway stations.

One of the larger rooms ive stayed in new york city. The bathrooms are quite large with bidets which was nice, and the king size bed was big enough with rooms for all our luggage. There was also a closet with sanitization for your clothes which was pretty cool. The location is quite central and walkable, with a decent japanese restaurant downstairs and breakfast places nearby.

Hotel ini cukup baru yang dijalankan oleh operator Jepang (Anda hanya dapat mengetahuinya dari toilet dengan banyak teknologi dan restoran Jepang di lantai dasar), lokasi bagus, sarapan di sebelah, tempat tidur sangat bagus! Kami memesan lagi tahun ini. Kami berada di sana tahun lalu dengan 8 orang, semua orang sangat puas. Jarak ke Empire State Building hanya 5 menit, Macys dapat ditempuh dalam 2 menit.

Great central location near many attractions in nyc. My room was clean and comfortable with unique features i havent seen in a hotel before, like a dry cleaning closest the best and a bidet toilet. I definitely look at booking the henn na hotel when traveling to nyc.

Gym yang termasuk dalam harga sangat fantastis dan yang terpenting, lokasinya sangat strategis dan di jalan yang sama, di sebelah dan di depannya, ada tempat yang bagus untuk sarapan. In early april 2023, my family and i spent three nights here. The front desk assisted us in storing our bags after we arrived at 8 a. M., and they were able to check us in earlier than anticipated around 11 a. M. We had two rooms, and they were both spotless. The restroom was fantastic, with plenty of counter space and locking doors. It doesnt have all the bells and whistles, but we had application casting for the tvs, the rooms were roomy and spotless, and we had daily housekeeping.

The hotel is in a great location. Many of new yorks attractions are accessible by foot, including times square, empire state, rockerfella, the tube, and central park a little further up. We were given a 10% discount for being hotel guests at the lovely japanese restaurant at the hotel. Excellent service and food. The rooms are spacious. The beds are enormous! The restrooms are heated and equipped with a tv, refrigerator, and kettle. Some complimentary teas and coffees would have been nice, but not a big deal.
