What a unique find for our Florida getaway! We loved the atmosphere of the grounds and the Backyard of Love . The Tropical Bird room was perfect for two. The attached kitchen had all of the amenities and was clean and efficient. AC worked well and the available beach chairs and shuttle to the beach made the whole visit as easy as could be. The only suggestion I would make is to share with guests how to sign up for the yoga or pizza nights when you register. These were booked in advance so we were not able to attend and we would have enjoyed them. I hope to be back!

We had a lovely stay at the Hibiscus bed and breakfast. Our room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. It had everything we needed and was super walkable to dining and shopping. Short bike ride or drive to the beach. Highly recommend.

This is the first half of an extended stay. I can not say enough good things about the cleanliness of the property and friendliness of the staff. . I’d give it 10 stars if I could. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful. Jennifer and Sam helped me bring my bags in, gave lots of good suggestions, and were very patient with my questions. When changing rooms they went out of their way to clean one early so I could move in to it while extending checkout time from the previous room. The entire atmosphere is very calm, chill, and relaxed. There is a wonderful cafe next door and another restaurant that does nightly events. The location is extremely walkable to the beach, and centrally located for a nice bike ride to the bakery in Blue Mountain( to the west) or into Alys or Rosemary( to the east) I would live here if I could!

Great, relaxing environment with a very comfortable bed & good accommodations. Close walk to Grayton Beach and a vibe that harkens back to “the good ol’ days”! The a/c in the room we booked wasn’t cooling, so owner promptly upgraded us to a bigger and much cooler room. Much appreciated! The cafe, Raw & Juicy, on the property serves wonderful food, coffee, etc. We enjoyed our stay!

Our stay at Hibiscus was perfect. The shuttle runs every ten minutes to the gorgeous Grayton Beach and, should you prefer to walk, it is only a few minutes. We stayed in the Tropical Birds room which was beautifully decorated and spacious. This guest house is lovingly decorated with an Old Florida feel. The grounds are beautiful. Breakfast is no longer complimentary at the coffee shop cafe next door, but it is well worth the price. I highly recommend the crepes. Overall, we highly recommend this Guest House for location, hospitality, and charm.
