Newly renovated! Our room was great! Nice simple black, white and gray decor. The young gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and professional. Accommodating. Hotel is on the main road through town. Easy walk to a local cafe, drive in and coffee shop. Highly recommend.

The property and rooms were very clean. We came in late and left early so we didn’t use any amenities. The rooms are fairly updated, a few chips of paint and little cosmetic things here and there but you can tell they are renovating many of the rooms. Would 100% stay again.

I got there pretty late and the staff was proactive checking in with me before I arrived making sure I had what I needed. It was a nice and comfortable place to stay in the middle of my trip.

The room was clean and well equipped. My wife wanted some decaf coffee and the desk clerk gave her a whole container. I highly recommend this motel.

The bed was very comfortable with really soft bedding and enough of it. The ac was not overpowering when it was on. The room was super spacious. Only draw back was the shower. It was like being hit with a pressure washer and no way to lesson it as the faucet had to be all the way on in order to get to the hot position.

A fantastic stay. It's a family owned older building in process of renovation. Spotless and smells good everywhere (including the vending/ice area) Attention to detail and one of my favorite things, hand soap in a pump. There's no breakfast, but coffee in room. And there's a cute coffe shop next door and a cafe 1/2 a block away. Basic room, with comfortable bed and numerous channels in the tv. Would DEFINITELY stay here again!!! Well done to the owners. Can't wait to see what it's like when finished 👌

High Desert Inn was just what we hoped it would be. It was convenient, clean, and pleasant. The staff was professional and courteous. We were able to enjoy our evening in Salena and get back on the road the next day. We enjoyed the food and service at El Mexicano just up the road a bit.

The room had recently been renovated from flooring to overhead light fixtures. The heater kept the room warm even in below freezing night temps without the loud fan some motels have that go on and off all night. Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff was personable. We would stay again.
