Lovely spacious rooms with a fridge. As a tourist from the UK l missed tea making facilities in my room. There was hot water and coffee in the reception/dining area. Friendly breakfast staff, didn't realise we had breakfast included, a lovely unknown extra. A little ways out from the centre but not a problem.

Famille de 5 (2 adultes,1 ados,1 enfant de 8 ans et 1 bébé de 18 mois). Nous sommes arrivés dans la nuit, vers 2h. On a été très bien accueilli malgré l'heure tardive par le personnel. Nous étions au 4ème étage, avec ascenseur, donnant côté rue, dans une chambre familiale avec 2 doubles lits. L'hôtel propose le petit-déjeuner tous les matins de 6h30 à 10h00 : sucrée ou salée, un petit déjeuner classique qui fait bien le job. Les femmes de ménage passent tous les jours refaire les lits, mettre des serviettes propres, nettoyer la chambre. N'oubliez pas les Tips, elles le méritent. L'hôtel dispose d'une terrasse sur le toit. Très sympathique pour manger le soir si on prend à emporter. Sur cette espace, ça manque peut être un peu d'accessoires : transat, bain de soleil, plantes en pot pour égayer la terrasse. L'hôtel met à disposition une fontaine à eau et le café chaud 24h/24. L'hôtel est sécurisé la nuit. Seul les clients peuvent rentrer avec leur carte magnétique de l'hôtel. Le quartier en lui même du Bronx peut être repoussant mais si vous dépassez vos préjugés, vous verrez que la population est accueillante et sympathique. Une ambiance particulière avec la musique, la vie d'une ville, la vie qu'un quartier ... Un parc de jeux pour les enfants est à proximité de l'hôtel. Épiceries, pharmacie, fast food à quelques pas ... Le métro a 5 minutes à pied grâce à la station 167 St : ligne 4 ou ligne D un peu plus haut (attention pas d'ascenseur par contre). Le personnel est top 😁

Breakfast was fresh and they had some different items to choose from. Room smelled clean when you walked in. Staff was very friendly and helpful with questions. Parking is a little confusing at first. When you get there you have to pull in front of the garage door next to the front door and then go in to pay for parking. There are only a certain amount of spots so it’s first come but once you pay your parking is secure until you check out. Gated parking in back. Short walking distance to the train and a 10 min uphill walk to the subway. If I ever need a place to stay in the Bronx again, I will choose highbridge.

I would give the staff 10 stars if there was an option. Everyone truly cared about my family and me and genuinely wanted us to have a great stay! The breakfast was amazing!! I was surprised! In a good way... The room was spacious and clean. We loved having a view of the train. The hotel is also a very short walk from the train station. I will stay here again next time i come to NYC for sure!!!

We traveled all night because of game change, they let us check into one of our 2 rooms super early! I was so surprised! It was 9:30 am and also told us to go ahead and get some breakfast!

Highbridge hotel fit my needs perfectly, offering a clean, quiet room at a great price. The staff were very helpful, making check in and check out quick and efficient. The hotel offers a very good hot buffet style breakfast, and there are plenty of restaurants and bodegas nearby for eating outside of breakfast hours. Pretty convenient access by train, too, if you don't mind walking up and down those Bronx hills.

Orlando and William were very helpful and made an old man in a big city fill comfortable. Help with directions and how to get around. Hotel was nice, clean and convenient to the subway and Yankee stadium. Great stay.
