Before my flight, I decided to stay here for one night. Nice hotel with a bar and restaurant. Near to the aquarium and Centennial park and the can. Although I made it clear at check in and check out that I had paid for the parking deck twice, I was charged a resale fee of $45. Disappointing response. The room was nice and big, there was a refrigerator in the room, clean and comfortable. I use my phone app to make white noise in hotels, and I slept soundly without hearing any sounds, as has been stated in some reviews. There are numerous restaurants close by for dinner, but as the arena is close by, it is packed for game fans.

Two queen-sized beds on the lower floor. Located close to the aquarium, the coca-cola store across the street, and the cab hall of fame. On foot, there are numerous fantastic dining options. This hotel is excellent in every way. From the moment we parked with a valet to the moment we checked out, we were greatly pleased. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Our room was in excellent shape and condition. The elevator is quiet and reliable. All in all, a thumbs up.

The food was fine overall. This place is ideally situated and close to many places. Before coming here this past weekend, I read numerous reviews and nearly changed my reservation. Im glad we didn't. The negative reviews convinced me that some people should not take a vacation and simply stay at home. The hotel is in fact somewhat dated and needs a makeover in the rooms. The furniture is older and the carpet could use an update, but overall, this isn't a 5 star resort, so you shouldn't anticipate 5 stars. Spend more money and stroll down the street to the Omni. The restaurants weren't ideal, but they worked. I would have liked a more rounded continental breakfast choice, perhaps adding more fresh fruit, or granola, but overall the cuisine was good.

It was a road trip out of a movie, and we arrived unscathed and with no time to change to attend the show. The front desk staff was calm and helpful and helped us get on our way. The valet was quick and helpful. I had a problem with a false reservation from a discount fake site. The manager stepped up like a superman and listened and was ready to take care of it. There is a restaurant upstairs, and the food is quite good for breakfast. Excellent blackout curtains, fridge, microwave. Walking to Mercedes Stadium was the best part. Worth the cost of admission. I observed that they also had quick grab-and-go coolers at check-in for beverages, healthy food, etc. Overall, a clean place to stay, and the staff were friendly and ready to help with a reservation issue that wasn't their fault. David the boss was fantastic. I urge you all to make sure to book your room on the real Hilton site. I was scammed on a look-alike site for the same nightly rate, followed by a $ 150 surcharge that didn't show up after you paid. We also received a handicapped room. I'm not sure if it was because my father was with me or by luck of the draw. But it was excellent for my older father and safety.
