Excellent service from the staff, from reception to breakfast staff. Excellent! Excellent. I heartily endorse this hotel. Also, i was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable price point in relation to the location.

The location is excellent, the staff is great, and the rooms are comfortable. We stay here every time we plan a long weekend or weekday trip in downtown chic. You couldnt ask for sanitizing location it was right in the middle of everything. Just off of Michigan Ave., just around the corner from the riverwalk, which makes it touristy but still great. The staff, especially jacob, make you feel welcome and taken care of. He allowed us to check in early because we arrived earlier than we anticipated, as well as being extremely helpful and kind during our stay. I hope the hotel recognizes team members like this because he portrays your hotel in such ▁disliked fly that guests want to return. Highly recommend this place for an clean and comfortable stay! If i had any complaints about it, it is the lack of ventilation in bathroom. When it gets hot in summer, two showers can make the room feel balmy without allowing all the humidity out of the bathroom vent. Thank you for another wonderful stay!!.

The room was standard, but clean and comfortable. The front desk staff and restaurant staff were absolutely amazing! We needed a last minute place to crash and they had availability thankfully! Booked i stayed an hour before arriving around 2 am and everything was super quick and efficient.

Everybody goes above and beyond to assist. The cook, on our first night, we had brisket sliders. They were amazing, and the host was also fantastic. Thank you, someone needs to raise them.

My family and i had a wonderful time! The location was ideal, right next to the river and just off michigan avenue. There is no better location in downtown chicago! There are many restaurants close by, and it was incredibly safe. The personnel were excellent and very nice. Monica deserves kudos for her amazing assistance and william at the bar. Great people with genuine customer service! I would absolutely stay at this hotel again.

This location is convenient for visiting the loop area. A very pleasant place to stay while exploring the neighborhood. We were able to walk to so many places, stroll the riverwalk, find good restaurants, and feel safe because it was a very busy area on the streets. Avoid the rush hour crowds of pedestrians. The hotel was fine, the staff was friendly, there was an excellent workout facility. I think they should have enamored elevator for cleaning and upkeep. There are so much restaurants nearby that i dont recommend. Lyric theater, art institute, navy pier, millennium park, etc.

My stay on the 17th floor was enjoyable. The room was clean and up to date. Had a great view of the river! The artisan breakfast sandwich was delicious! Probably the best breakfast i have ever had in tahoe hotel.

This hotel was great. The location was close to the chinese theater. I was staying here for a performance that was at the Chicago theater, and this hotel is in tastier condition. Check out doesnt happen until noon, which was wonderful!.

The location was excellent and i felt secure. The rooms were immaculate and inviting, offering a refreshing view of the river. However, the only issue posed by me was the parking space. Situated close to the lincoln center, which is ten blocks away, was where the hotels parking lot was located. Although the hotel had very little clearance (6 feet or less, avoid passing through on stowing through with utensils on your way through if you are traveling on foot using rooster), the atmosphere in the nearby lancolm center seemed somewhat strange, exuded resembling quaint mall vibes. Overall, it was incredibly good hotel in pristine condition.

The location is excellent. After a long journey, i spent one night there. The room was adequate for my needs. Although the pillows could have been softer, the bed was cozy, and you cant please everyone. I felt very helpful and appreciated the staffs excellent service.

The location is great, but the only thing that drained the room rating was the very noisy air conditioner otherwise we had a nice view of the 25th floor. The reception and service were overall really good, although the breakfast tasted tad low, however, we still had it all day thanks to the membership benefits. Really nice hotel, primarily due to its fantastic location.
