Rene og store leiligheter! Super service både i resepsjonen og på området. Vi stortrives her og kommer tilbake hver gang vi er i Kissimmee. Resorten er nære spisesteder, matbutikk og Disney.

First time staying at this hotel, the check in was a little troubling because the lady in the front desk was no help she was not respecting the room I had booked and she was going to make me wait longer for that other room but this older lady and the front desk guy were a huge help so they did get me the room I had booked... But other than that my family and I loved the hotel, rooms, kitchen, and bathrooms were very clean, staff were very nice and helpful, maintenance we're great.. my niece and nephew loved the pool... everything was up to my expectations!

As a very frequent traveller (and being VERY FUSSY), I can tell you, that (in my opinion), this was probably the BEST ACCOMADATION EVER. It is part of the Hilton chain but these are apartments, NOT hotel rooms. We had 2 bedrooms (queen bed and 2 singles in a VERY LARGE AND SPACIOUS apartment. It has a big kitchen, with all crockery, cutlery and utensils. Massive fridge freezer, washing machine and drier. 2 bathrooms. And our apartment had a large patio and tons more. We were staying in another of their properties but then we had to find somewhere else, as we extended our holiday. This was like the 'sister' apartment. I'D STRUGGLE TO FIND ANYTHING NEGATIVE, EXCEPT???? That ONLY negative is because someone in our party of 4 smokes and this property is TOTALLY NON SMOKING. This relative was NOT happy, as she had to go onto the main road for her habit and, a lot of the time, in the dark night/evening. . As a non smoker, it didn't bother me but I think that they should have somewhere safer to smoke. I was worried about this person, as a female in America. Hilton, consider the safety aspect of sending lone female onto a busy road. Apart from that, great accommodation for a grown family of 4 adults, Mum, Dad and 2 very grown sons. RECOMMENDED
