A beautiful stay, right in the heart of downtown Anchorage! Our room was spacious and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and there are several fantastic restaurants in walking distance.

Breakfast was fresh and good. Everything was very clean and put together so well, I will be staying there again. Very Inviting. Staff and owner excellent! It is so nice to stay in a historical place that still have the original fixtures and is so very clean and put together. You feel like you're in part of that old history.

The room and the hotel was great. It was like staying in a hotel in the 1800s but with modern comforts. Shops and restaurants within walking distance was nice. There were some homeless in the area and one of them was getting aggressive with us. Thankfully there were cops walking around and they came to our aid. So thankful for that.

Really fantastic location that is walkable to everything you need and very affordable. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is no airport shuttle but it only takes about 15 minutes to get there via ride share. Buffet breakfast was a great way to start the day with a ton of variety and options. Rooms were very warm in the winter and often needed the circular fan that was included.

A quaint historic hotel in the heart of Anchorage. The room was large, comfortable and full of antique touches giving it a B&B feel. It is close to shopping and restaurants.

It is a historic property so the inside is a little dated but in a very convenient location. The beds are very firm and nice.

Quick late night check-in for one-night stay. Drink vending machine and ice available, charming hotel in the very heart of downtown Anchorage with some nice details, e.g. my window was facing the side of the other building, but some plants in between made it look nicer. Nice bed, furniture and TV, but squeaky wooden floor with carpet. Breakfast without bacon. Free luggage storage. Overall, my stay was a very good experience.
