I have to admit, I was a bit nervous about this booking but was pleasantly surprised. I arrived and easily got my key from the lock box. I reached out to the phone number provided 3 days before and was provided the information. I easily found street parking. When I walked in I looked at my husband and said “it smells good”. It smelled so fresh and clean. The room looked exactly like the pictures. We were provided a full size fridge in the room as well as soup, toothbrushes, and shampoo. There is a shared “vip lounge” which is a full kitchen and a beautiful patio. We went to universal studios each day and returned after midnight, grateful there was a 24/7 place to eat across the street which offered a vegan options. We will definitely stay here again. It was a pleasant surprise how quaint and humble this historic stay truly was. We felt completely safe, comfortable, and valued. This is now our go to whenever we visit LA.

Its really good compact room for single person.Access to the room was very simple.Self checkin and checkout was pretty easy. Candice is very much warm and welcoming.I stayed there for 3 days. Room smell was little bad on day 1. Surrounding area is little noisy but manageable.Bed was making sound which is little bit annoying.But its worth a stay overall.

Not as bad as a lot of the reviews I have seen. Overall, it was a good stay. Very budget friendly. Clean, comfortable bed pillows. Everyone there was friendly. The only downfall was the noise. I was a little warm but not warm enough to turn the fan on so I opened the window. One of the surrounding houses was blasting music, even when shuting the windown, it was still very loud. You could also hear the traffic noise.

Alors, dès notre arrivées, nous avons eu la grande surprise de voir que il n'y avait tout simplement pas d'eau chaude. Elle etait glaciale. Niveau propreté, nous sommes resté 1 semaine avec les même draps et serviettes. Nous avons tenté d'appeler et d'écrire au responsable, mais aucune réponse. Pas de petit déjeuner, une odeur étrange dès notre arrivée et un karaoké venant d'en bas à en faire trembler les murs de 18h à 21h30.

We spent 9 days, no breakfast, only 2 towels for entire stay, no changing bed sheets. Request was made almost everyday for breakfast, clean sheets, and clean towels, none of these was provided, Candice was try to help out yet actual person live there did nothing and refuse to change sheet until we check out. We will not recommend this place. Nothing eas done even I made many attempts.

This was not worth your money. The pictures they show you are not of that place. It was dirty. I don’t know how they consider this being a nice place. I couldn’t even find the place called the contact. They couldn’t explain it at first then they told me to call back in 30 minutes and it was just so hard to find and then when we found it, it was dirty. There were bugs that I’ve never seen the bed. My husband didn’t fit on it. There was just so much with this place that was wrong. They said they had a poo. There was no poo. We did not stay. We lost our money and we have to go and find somewhere else to stay. Don’t book

First off, there is no free parking, or parking, no pool, no gym, no continetal breakfast, no microwave in your room, and no A/C or wifi, intwrnet, so no TV. It smells so bad, the furniture is free items they picked up from the side of the street. If you think Im being picky, take a chance and see that I'm telling the truth. Hotels.com had to find me a new hotel, took 6 hours to move me, but It was worth it as I was going to be there for 4 days.

We tried to get access to our room, and never got codes to the door. This is not a hotel there was no access and they won’t give us a refund even tho we ended up not staying there because we couldn’t access our room.

went to the property at check in time, no key in supposed lockbox. once called, they said they needed one hour to clean the room and made us wait in the hot ass heat. one hour turned into two and the room ended up not having ac. i thought we had a gym as said in the description, no gym. literally just a house. i mean, the person in charge was pre nice but the place was just run poorly.
