Great location, walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg. The balcony overlooking the stream was amazing, so peaceful and relaxing!

The hotel was great! Great location, very clean and a great river view. I did read reviews before going - and got mixed reviews BUT we went ahead and went and we were overly pleased. Our room seemed to be recently updated! It was great, comfortable beds, and beautiful view for a GREAT price. The front desk staff were very nice! The only negative I would say would be parking is a little tight if your in a bigger suv or truck but I mentioned it to the front desk and he was very helpful and advised me I could park in a different un-attended spot if needed!

It was amazing as usual. Anytime we come to the area we make sure to stay at here! It’s so cozy and nostalgic. Great views, so peaceful to sleep with the door open to hear the river.

The staff was so friendly, the rooms were very clean, the bathroom had recently been updated with new spacious showers. Great location near walking distance to the strip of businesses. I will definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay here ❤️ it might not look like much on the outside but the newly renovated room was absolutely beautiful. We had a private balcony overlooking the river. It was a short walk to their sister hotel for a nice hot breakfast and pool, if you wanted.

Ice machine was out of order... Pretty good walk to get to breakfast, but generous hours of availability.

Motel was quite clean. The only problem in room was stain on sofa sleeper and edge of carpet tearing. You can tell staff works hard to keep hotel up to par. They are seen cleaning daily

The fan did not work in the bathroom and their was a bees nest in one of the porch chairs. The ice machine was also down Everything else was great. The bed was super comfy and the privacy of the balconies was a plus.
