Rochelle was a great host, the bed was massive, the shower/bath perfect. Lots of parking space and a beautiful garden to enjoy. The breakfast was homemade and perfect for getting you through the morning. Ideally located for Zion or Bryce Canyon. A pleasure to stay here, thanks.

Staying in a historic 100 year-old hotel is very interesting. I was surprised how well my room was appointed. There was a refrigerator in microwave and coffee supplies in my room which I didn’t expect. The bed was super comfy and the location was quiet. There is a wonderful space upstairs for socializing and coffee and tea, which overlooks the backyard. The backyard has a lot of lounge spaces in a hammock. The town is very quiet and there’s not even a convenience store in Glendale. The breakfast was amazing. So many choices and the quantities were extremely generous. There was even peach cobbler from peach trees on the property.Also, there was a reading light for the bed which I appreciate because I’m a nighttime reader. There are hummingbird feeders with lots of hummingbirds, buzzing around on the front porchI’m already making plans to go back.

The Smith Hotel is quaint and lovely and shows her age with elegance! Rochelle met us when we arrived, was warm, friendly and told us some of the history of the hotel. We had an excellent diner at a place she recommended. We stayed out in the beautiful garden until night was coming on. Handmade furniture in our room and the sunroom with fridge, coffee maker, microwave and sun were some of the highlights of our stay. Rochelle and Bunny served a healthy delicious breakfast and stayed to regal us with stories of the hotel. We highly recommend a stay at the Historic Smith Hotel B&B in Glendale, UT!

This is a delightful spot. The breakfast was excellent as we enjoyed watching the humming birds. The innkeepers are friendly and informative. A respite from hotel chains.

When using Waze to locate the property be sure to input 295 N Main Street not just 295 Main Street. Breakfast was excellent, 1 O'clock waffles were great! Rochelle and Bunny were great hostesses and made our stay very comfortable.

Excellent place to stay on our trip between Zion and Bryce Canyon. The family style breakfast gave us a chance to meet new people and our hosts. The waffles made with Mike’s secret recipe were excellent, although my husband thought a couple slices of bacon would have been good to go with them. Our only complaint was the faucets in the sink in room 5 needed updating, but otherwise excellent.

Breakfast was delicious! Fresh fruit and yogurt and 1 o’clock waffles. They keep you going and full until 1 o’clock in the afternoon and I can testify to that. We loved talking to Rochelle. She has had such an interesting life. Would happily stay again.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience and would definitely stay again. Breakfast was wonderful and Rochelle could answer any questions I had about the area. Room was very clean and homely! East entrance of Zion was only about 35 minutes away and didn’t have a line getting in either day. Bryce Canyon is a bit further but a beautiful easy drive. If you want a truly memorable experience this is the place to stay!

Old bed and breakfast charm. The last time I had a B&B experience like this was almost 30 years ago! The place is implacably maintained, the room is comfy. The bed is better than my bed at home. And the breakfast rivals any 5-star restaurant. She is a gourmet cook. The host is a super nice lady who is chuck full of information about every national park in a 100 mile radius. She helped me identify places for my photography project. I used to stay in Kanab in the hotels. From now on this place will be my base anytime I visit the area.
