The room was very spacious and clean. Plenty of storage for clothes. It was a little stuffy when we first got there, but opened up the balcony doors and put the provided box fan in the doorway and within minutes the room was cool and filled with fresh ocean air. The bed was comfortable. Bathrooms are small but definitely functional. Water pressure in the shower was great. The counter tops and sinks are of an older color palette but I’m just looking for a clean comfortable place to escape to the beach in, I’m not looking to match the decor! Location is nice as well. Nothing like waking up listening to and looking at the ocean. Lobby has games, movies and cookies! The only suggestion I have is having the hot tub (and therefore pool) open past 9 for adults only.

This was our first time staying here. We liked all of it. The location is right along the promenade. It is away from the center of town so it is much quieter than some of the closer hotels, but still very walkable. We stayed 3 nights.. we just parked the car and walked everywhere we wanted. Seaside beach has lots of room. We had a fire on the beach, cooked s'more, found a couple dozen complete sand dollars and even gave several away. We would reccomend this hotel for your stay.

Perfect location on the beach and a short walk along the promenade from the main street, away from the noise. We appreciated the ocean views and ability to open the front and balcony doors for a nice cross breeze. It was very convenient to have a water spigot at the entrance to the property from the beach to rinse off! Breakfast was basic but good (yogurt, hard boiled eggs, cereal, bread products, fruit, coffee, tea, juice). Our kids loved the indoor pool. We recommend this hotel as a great value for traveling families!

Close access to the beach. Clean rooms but could have been cleaner. Parking was easy and close to lots of good restaurants around.hotel staff were very helpful. Breakfast was dull. Wish they had more options though. Overall a good stay!

Loved this cute hotel. Views from the top floor balcony in our room were amazing and being able to leave the screen door open all night was so nice! The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom looks very outdated but its cute in a vintage way. Even though it is old, it is very clean and doesn't feel gross. The cookies in the lobby in the evening were fun and the staff was so helpful and accommodating. We got into town a couple hours early before check-in. They hurried and got our room ready for us and gave us a call to come back and check in. Super kind! Would recommend for this area!
