What a lovely place to stay on the Promenade at Seaside. Staff were super friendly and helpful, room was immaculate, bed was comfy, fresh baked cookies were a nice surprise, and views from the sliding glass door back patio were lovely. I will note that if you want a SUPER quiet place then this hotel is probably not your cup of tea because sound easily traveled through doors and hallways during the day, but guests were thoughtful after sunset and it wasn't a problem at all at night. If that sort of random ambient noise in the middle of the day is not a big deal to you because you're going to spend all of your time hanging out at the beach or the Promenade then I can heartily recommend the place.

Great 2 star hotel to stay at and be within walking distance to town and the beach. Lovely to go down at sunrise and sunset and walk barefoot on the beach. I enjoyed this, but idk how everyone feels, birds were nesting above the window and we got to listen to babies and watch mom and dad come with worms all day long on the rainy day we mostly spent inside. Fireplace, table, nice it has utensils and dishes to go with the fridge and microwave

We were treated so well by the staff here. They got us into our room early as we got there well before check in. Our room and view were beautiful and we got a really good price on the room with booking it as early as we did. We would definitely stay here again!

Its amazing! Stay here if you have family and want to enjoy Seaside Oregon. I recommend a 3rd floor room for nice views of the ocean. Cookies are a great touch for kids and the pool is clean and very nice. Perfect temperature although I did come in June. When I return to Seaside this will most likely be my go to hotel!

Our stay at the HiTide was comfortable and convenient to everything we wanted to do. We appreciated the treats, cookies, and daily breakfast, as well as the very friendly staff. Our non-view room was quiet and clean, although could use some updating. We felt safe and we appreciated the easy parking.

Rooms are very clean the bathroom is really small so if you're over 100 and something pounds you will not be able to fit in the bathroom comfortably other than that the rest of the room was very nice pilot to the fire was always lit so you would see a little flame which kind of bothered me the view was pretty do not smoke on their balcony they have you sign a release form that says a $250 fee we had to walk down to the front where the beach Walk is very convenient to all the shops didn't try the pool or the breakfast

This is our 4th time staying at the Hi-Tide, and we enjoyed it very much!! We love the old school feel, and that it is within walking distance to the little town of Seaside. The ocean view is the main reason we chose this hotel. We used the indoor pool and hot tub numerous times during our visit. We ran into a couple of people who were not happy with their visit. They had complaints that we did not find relevant. Our beds were very comfortable, our room did not have a 'funky' smell. We know it is an older waterfront hotel and that is the charm of it! Breakfast was minimal, with the basic grab and go. We brought food to cook, so that was not and issue with our stay. The warm cookies served at 6pm were a highlight for my companion. We would certainly recommend this hotel! It is reasonably priced, staff are so nice, housekeeping and groundskeeper were always taking care of the property! This is the only place we would stay for our visit to Seaside

Has a older charm to it. But was very quite and peaceful for me. I was frustrated accessing the outlet by the Bed. I wanted to have my phone closer while i took a nap. The dock couldn’t plug into the wall outlet though. Other than that i woll most likely bokk there again next time
