The first floor of the hotel has a tea restaurant in the cantonese style, as well as supermarkets. You must take an uber or rent a car to travel because the local community has excellent safety and environment.

This hotel is close to many chinese restaurants. I was here for boba and chinese food. The hotel has a dim sum restaurant on the first floor.

The rooms were clean, the location was good, and the grounds were beautiful. One downside was that they didnt have coffee. They had pods in the room, but i missed the good coffee. The housekeeping staff was friendly, and the reception staff didnt look up at all. The price was good considering it was california.

I recently visited this hotel, and i just wanted to let you know that it was a lovely hotel. I appreciated that there was a free gym and vending machines on each floor, so you didnt have to go to the lobby to get food to pay with your debit or credit card. The lobby is very spacious, but one thing i didnt like was the limited towels because there werent many towels in the bathroom when you came in, and yes, shampoo, hand wash, conditioner, and lotion are included with the brand dove. If you want to get food in the hotel in the gift shop room, it can be a little pricey, like one small container of ice cream was $12. Aside from that, there is also a gym, a restaurant, and a gift shop on the first floor. A great experience aside from that! The staff was also nice.

The customer service was excellent and attentive. We appreciated the free parking and pool area. We made excellent use of our ihg points and received excellent value. We would suggest this hotel to anyone searching for a lovely hotel at a reasonable price thanks to the ihh points.

The hotel is in a strategic location next to the freeway and has easy access to the arcadia / pasadena area. The hotel is new and clean.

We will definitely return to stay if we ever find ourselves in this area. Friendly staff and nice rooms. My family and i enjoyed our two days of stay. When we checked in, kimberly at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable. I love the long counter where we can put our things on. I really appreciate having a higher shower head and a goodsized toilet.

The front desk staff were extremely friendly and exuded a positive vibe. The room was tidy and generously sized. The bathroom was impeccably clean, and i appreciated the presence of brand labels on the shampoo and shower gel. It was a delightful touch!.

My room was very comfortable for the price and clean. It was also attractive. The hotel is beautiful, clean and the staff are very friendly. My only complaint is that there are not enough blankets on the bed.

Ini adalah hotel yang sangat bersih. Kamar mewah dengan produk Dove, yang merupakan nilai tambah. Produk sanitasi tersedia. Satu-satunya hal yang saya tidak suka adalah sarapan tidak tersedia seperti yang diiklankan di aplikasi dan bahkan restoran yang dibangun tidak buka pada hari kerja. Staf di tengah hari adalah yang paling ramah menurut saya. WiFi yang kuat dan pusat bisnis yang beroperasi sangat membantu proyek pekerjaan saya. Banyak fasilitas seperti binatu dan kolam renang yang kami manfaatkan selama kami tinggal. Nyaman untuk perjalanan saya di seluruh Lembah San Gabriel, yaitu Montebello, Temple City dan San Gabriel. Pasti akan tinggal di sana lagi.

Kamar di atas $100 bahkan tidak memiliki botol air? Itu konyol! Dilihat dari harganya, cukup mahal! Kami tidak meminta terlalu banyak, tetapi air kemasan adalah keharusan. Itu sepadan dengan harga yang diminta.

This hotel is in el Monte, ca, so there are many restaurants around it. We have stayed at this hotel twice already. The service is excellent, and the rooms are kept clean. The beds are very comfortable, although the room isnt very large, it is still quite spacious if that makes sense. They offer discounts for military and government personnel. They also offer a complimentary breakfast. If youre on a tight budget, i believe its a great place to stay, but you dont want to sacrifice quality. One thing i was disappointed about was the cable. There arent many channels for kids, and whatever channels they had, they kept going out. Im confident this is a temporary issue and it will be fixed.

Kebersihan dan lingkungan hotel sangat baik. Diperlukan deposit untuk akomodasi sebesar $50 per kamar. Namun, pengembalian deposit sangat lambat dan sudah hampir satu bulan dan saya masih belum menerimanya.

Pada hari Sabtu sore tanggal 30 per 10, kami diperlakukan buruk oleh seorang wanita yang bertanggung jawab di resepsionis. Setelah sebelumnya bertanya melalui telepon apakah ada ruang, ketika kami tiba dia mengatakan tidak kepada kami dengan cara yang sangat kasar. Kami bertanya kepadanya apakah dia bisa memesan untuk kami di hotel lain di jaringan tersebut dan dia menolak. Dia bahkan tidak mau memberi kami nomor telepon kantor pusat sehingga kami dapat menelepon dan menginap di Holidays Inn yang lain. Perhatian yang disesalkan kepada tamu.
