The stay was perfectly fine and the cleanliness of the room was excellent, kudos to the cleaning crew! As for management, very angry and non-friendly GM (according to her). They charged us a pet fee for a service dog, which is against their website posted notice regarding service dog charges. The fee was not an issue, yet the way it was handled and the hostility when addressed. When we asked about it we were reprimanded for even asking and telling us we were wrong. Would not show us a written or posted notice on property. Yet, the website specifically shows that service dogs are free. It was one of the reasons we stayed here, as it advertises itself as pet-friendly.

The place was great. Nice and clean. Only 2 small issues--no tv signal to the screens in the exercise room, and the TV programming in the rooms was adequate at best--nothing that couldn't be remedied by bringing your own streaming services. Would recommend and will probably stay there again if i an back in the area.

Everything was great until I asked for a printed receipt when I was checking out. The front desk employee kept saying she couldn't print a receipt, stating that my reservation on hotels.com was my receipt. Unfortunately, this can't be used for reimbursement so now I'm out the money through work. This was my 4th stay I believe at this site and she is the only person who was of the utmost unhelpful.
