This hotel had a bag breakfast for us due to the couid outbreak. Housekeeping only would give us new towels and other amenities if we needed them. However, the staff was happy to assist. Looked tidy but saw some employees without masks. Only a few family members were warned at a time by the tiny elevator. Rollaway bed is readily available.

The location is close to the tramp, but the noise from the traffic is loud and constant. This place has signs of age in the furniture and soft goods. There was no cleaning service during my 4 night stay in October 2021. Swapped the towels at the reception. Took out the trash on my own.

We were working at the Gooder airport so this hotel was convenient. Large, comfortable and well equipped rooms with a Lan network, which is really a great advantage because you avoid the wifi login and the connection is much quicker. A bit noisy due to the proximity of I, but completely under control with good pair of earplugs. The breakfast waitress was very friendly and efficient.

The prostate hotel is very lovely at first, and it featured lovely, comfortable rooms that appeared to have been fairly updated. It was convenient to get to the ballpark because its in a convenient position. The breakfast debacle and the customer service that followed were the drawbacks. The front desk staff made a huge mess when we checked in about promoting their breakfast You pay more for a hot breakfast. We agreed to the offer because we thought it was convenient, so we accepted the offer and were given a list of our choices the next morning. Fast forward to the next morning and we come downstairs and are informed that there is a hot breakfast buffet and that none of the options on the menu are available. Okay. Then I see the breakfast buffet and it's the most horrible thing I've ever seen. There was some kind of breakfast pastry that we couldn't identify and, if I can't identify it, I won't eat it. Plus sausage links and sausage fried breakfast potatoes. And pitchers of milk and juice that had been sitting on the counter for whom knows how long. That was the extent of the breakfast buffet for which we paid extra. When we asked the front desk for a refund they denied that there was a menu given to us, and we handed our copy of it to the front desk staff and they said they should examine it. No reimbursement was received, no food was eaten.

Where do I begin? We aren't acquainted with and adore this holiday inn. The front desk claimed that it was because they have chosen to be the holiday inn's suites, but that is a hoax. It is an overpriced inn that believes it is superior to its competitors. First of all, as previously stated, they have their own restaurant, preventing complimentary breakfast. Some people have mentioned this, but sincerely, who cares? I would love to obtain a breakfast burrito for about $10! The location is dated and smells. Is the air conditioner roomie a room? I am talking about a room that is already small, measuring about 200 square feet. The to is the smallest I've seen in a decade. The parking lot is too little for the rooms they provide. We took the last seat, and others were already behind us asking where they were supposed to park. This was the worst place we'd ever stayed in, and this was the grd hi weve ever been to. If they want to be categorized as a part of ing, I suggest they drive down to the Holiday Inn Suites Happy Valley in North Phoenix, see my evaluation because they are the epitome of suites and have a wonderful breakfast. Last but not least, I do not enjoy unfavorable reviews,
