Free parking was easy, bar/restaurant downstairs was great. Location is convenient and allows for quick drives to beaches and easy walks to bars/restaurants downtown. Staff was very kind and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again if I was visiting St. Pete and willing to drive to the beaches. The building isn't the newest, but is clean and has a fun vibe. Can't beat it, especially for the price!

My daughter and I stayed at the Hollander, after staying at the Avalon next door several times. We had an issue with our room the first night. The deadbolt wouldn’t lock. We were allowed to change rooms for the night and given a coupon for free breakfast. The deadbolt was fixed the next day. I felt that they really went above and beyond. Other than the deadbolt issue, both rooms were clean and well maintained. They also had the fun decor that you don’t see in the big chains. Food and beverages in the Tap Room were great. We will continue staying at the Hollander or the Avalon any time we’re in St Pete.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel that not only has charm, but also great staff and welcoming rooms. We have stayed here several times and it never disappoints.. plus there’s a shuttle that will take you down to the pier or beach drive wherever you want to go. Highly recommend staying here! And they are pup friendly!

Stayed in this property over 25 times. Staff always the best! Property always clean and ready for service. Overall always great and NEARLY great again. Food and restaurant seems to have broken. Always eat there for at least one meal, generally dinner. Was greatly disappointed with happy hour apps then returned two hours for dinner only to be disappointed once again.

I hope this place never changes! I have stayed here twice and I really enjoyed both times. Perfect location, cute rooms, charming property, friendly staff, and affordable. The rooms are a bit small and dated, they have fans in the room and AC units but summer was pretty rough due to the heat. We asked for another fan because our AC could not keep up and they delivered! Despite it all, the location, pricing, and free parking really makes up for it. The pool is amazing and such great vibes here! The bar and restaurant is perfect and both have fair and good pricing. This is my regular spot anytime I come to St Pete!

Staff was so friendly and accommodating! Restaurant, bar, and cafe made it so easy to grab whatever meals/snacks we needed. Property had such a unique vibe with its older charm. We loved our stay!

Stayed at the hotel to go see the Rays play down the street! My first time in the downtown St Pete area. The room was spacious and clean! I've seen others comment about the poor AC in the room but I had no issues with the AC. Pool & pool bar were nice but it was too hot to sit out there, the indoor bar the "Taproom" was big and spacious! The hotel offered free shuttle service to and from Rays stadium which I thought was covenant The staff was very helpful, I only had breakfast there which was terrific! I will def come back to the Hollander when I'm in the St Pete area!

Hotel is almost 100 years old and still has many quaint touches. But rooms have been updated and renovated and have all the modern conveniences. Lobby bar is great and well stocked. Adjacent coffee shop has great pastries for eat in or take out. Wait staff is pleasant and efficient. Parking is on site with additional across the street and down the block. Breakfast in lobby was good and reasonably priced. Location is great. Safe area.
