Stay was fantastic! The staff are friendly, courteous and make sure you have what you need. The location was great as it was close to walks, parks and restaurants.

It was a clean and great place overall, honestly better than staying at home in some ways. The breakfast was good, although the items were exactly the same every day. Things I didn’t like: I traveled with my family and booked suites, but they gave us rooms facing the street. The car noise was coming inside the room starting early in the morning. The heating system was not working properly, and the room stayed cold the entire night. Unfortunately, my kids got sick because of that. The indoor pool water was also cold, while indoor pools at similar hotels are usually warm. Another disappointing thing was the parking fee. After spending hundreds of dollars on the stay, they still charge for parking instead of providing it for free. The ladies at the front desk were not very helpful, especially the one with glasses. I asked about room availability, and she first said they were sold out. Then I showed her availability on the app, and suddenly she said, “Oh, let me check… yes, it’s available now.” I also asked for a bottle of water. First, she said they only provide water at check-in. I told her I never received one during check-in. Then she checked the screen for a moment and said, “Oh, you’re not a Diamond member, so we can’t give you one.” Refusing even a simple bottle of water felt unnecessarily cheap. On the positive side, the night staff were very kind, and helpful.

We had a really nice time. Friendly, helpful staff, clean rooms, decent amenities for the price. Can’t complain about free breakfast! Would like the pool a bit cleaner, but wasn’t bad at all.
