All staff were friendly and helpful! The rooms are like a small apartment with great amenities - small kitchenette, medium size refrigerator, couch,etc! Very homey!!

The property is in a great location that is walkable to shopping and restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was a nice feature with lots of options. George, the breakfast attendant, was a delight.

Everything was amazing. The valets were super respectful and friendly. The hotel clerks were very nice and friendly; Kimberly is amazing! Anything i had questions about, she found me answers. The breakfast attendant is a lot of fun and very friendly also. Breakfast was good, typical of continental breakfasts; I have had worse. As a previous assistant manager for a hotel, I can say in confidence that if the need arises for me to be in the Minneapolis area again I will definitely be back! I can also say, if any of the wonderful employees I interacted with came to me looking for employment I would hire them!

Everything hotel and staff related were perfect. Parking was incredibly annoying. $50 for valet which we tried to use but sat in the middle of the street for over 15 minutes and the line didn’t move so we gave up so had to use the ramp down the street. On weekends the building is pretty closed so have to figure out what door to get in was frustrating.

Very nuce! Rooms are spacious. Breakfast is fresh with plenty of choices. Fruit and real cooked food, not grab and go or reheat.
