We stayed 5 nights and they only offered to clean the room one time! I had to bring our dirty towels to front desk to get clean towels. I had to ask for new garbage can liners. The room was fine.

Upon check in, I asked for a ground floor room (bad back) and was told they didn't have any. (Note: parking lot nearly empty). When I get to the room, the air is not on and the room is very hot. I turn it on and open the door to get some air inside, then I tried the TV. Maybe 5 channels work. I call the desk and the guy comes up and tries it...then decides he needs another remote. After trying several, I finally convinced him that it was a poor signal and asked for another room. He says ok and we go back to the front desk, me carrying all my stuff. Then, guess what, now he has room on the first floor! He had straight up lied to me. New room, tv works. Air not on and it smells musty, like mildew. This could be controlled if the air conditioning was left on, which would also be more efficient. Oh, and there was a huge frog in the bathroom that I had to corral with a trash can. I've stayed here twice because of the convenience of location… But I will not be staying here again

Room was run down floor was dirty Staff charged pet fee for a service dog even with paperwork and said would only offer credit if room was in good condition. I wish room was clean before we got there so my feet werent dirty going to bed Recent name change made for high reviews on google which was why i choose this hotel to begin with It was fine for the $ i spent butnwould have happily paid ab extra $ for a cleaner hotel with breakfast

Booked the room because my air conditioner went out. Opened my room door and it was twice as hot as my house. Took hours to cool down the room and it never got cool to my liking.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I drove 9 hours with my 2 kids and it was almost 8pm so I saw this hotel and thought we would fine to stay this late in the evening since we were leaving at 10 in the morning. When I went to the office the guy asked how many of us were there I said myself and 2 kids. He asked if I had a dog and I said no. He asked smoking or non smoking and I replied non. He asked me again did I have a dog and again I said nope just myself and 2 kids. It took him a while to find us a room. He then said there's a dollar deposit I asked when will my deposit be released and he says 2 to 3 days after I checked out. The office smelled horrible. The cleaning lady had to show my kids and I where the stairs were. The initial room they sent me to was dirty like people had just left it. So I went back to the office and he gave me a different room. That room was dirty. One of the beds had a stain on it. I slept in a chair while my sons slept in the other bed bc of bugs in the room. I contact expedia about my horrible stay and the hotel says the won't refund my deposit or refund my stay. When I asked why and why are they keeping my deposit the hotel says it's bc I told them 2 there was another adult year with me instead of my kids ---- Now I'm mad. Not only is the hotel dirty but made up false info to keep my deposit. My kids are under 13. They have cameras and saw my kids and even put me in a room with 2 beds. Do not stay here.

Every door appears to have been batter in at one time or another. I bought a sub sandwich and placed it on the table near the TV. I walked away for a minute and when I came back to it a roach was feasting on it. Large areas of popcorn ceiling peeled off. There were two chairs that I would not have given to goodwill. There were worn and dirty. The bathroom was so nasty I wouldn’t even take a shower there.
