Every thing was great. The roof top bar was not open and it was during our last visit. The air conditioner was very noisy, otherwise no complaints.

Our stay was quick but lovely from the moment we walked n, to meeting and chatting with Prentis at the front desk, to the perfect climate in our room, bed and pillows and towels very clean and cozy. Barely heard any sounds from the street 4 floors up. Bartender very nice and welcoming. Overall we enjoyed out stay and would definitely book again. But if i could say one thing we didn’t love was having to pay $38 for parking adjacent to the hotel :/. Would have been nice to at least been comped 1/2 as a guest.

We were just here for one evening, and did not have time to take advantage of all of the amenities, except for the pool and breakfast, both were fine. The staff was friendly, the room was spacious and clean, and the parking garage was connected which made it convenient - although $48 for that area seemed a little expensive.

Excellent stay! The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff was friendly. The room was quiet, the bed was incredibly comfortable.. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience.

Loved everything about the stay! Our only disappointment was not being able to sit on the rooftop. The bartender takes Sundays off so it was closed on our night. We did specifically choose that hotel for that ability but weren’t aware it was closed until arrival.

Everything was perfect. The hard part was the Pride event was taking place. It was hard to get to the hotel parking lot. It took us about 4x to finally park. Lol.

We've stayed there 2 years in a row for a Girls' Weekend in downtown Grand Rapids. We even booked the same room the second time! Just loved it! Close to everything in Downtown! All the restaurants we went to were great, reasonable, and within walking distance (and I highly recommend Tupelo Honey, which is right across the street). We stayed in a 2 bed / 2 bath with a kitchen, living room, dining table, and the city view. Aside from creaky floors, it's a fantastic unit! Plenty of space for the 4 of us. The staff members we encountered were absolutely wonderful. The free breakfast was also great! Sausage, Eggs, Bagels, etc....not to mention awesome coffee at the ready 24/7! The other thing I thing I appreciated was that even though we had to prepay for parking ($38/night), we were able to come and go using our hotel key card, so we were not charged extra every time we left and came back. The only downside this year was that the bar on the 2nd floor, Lew's on Two, was closed the entire time we were there, but the rooftop bar was open, which was great. I highly recommend this place!

Great Hotel! Awesome location in an old downtown building! Didn’t grab breakfast, but it looked amazing! Huge King Size rooms! Would still here again in a heartbeat!

Staff was amazing. Breakfast bar was out of sugar free syrup. Staff tried contacting local store to see if they had any. Way above and beyond. All staff members kind and welcoming — genuinely invested in making sure visitors were happy. Staff also contacted us by email on check in. Property really nice too!!!! Great location for conference attended across the way.

Everything was great. The only issue is if you want to eat after 9pm, the connecting restaurant closes at 9 every night. Room, pool and property were clean, staff very friendly and helpful. We had everything we needed. The rooftop bar/patio was a very nice bonus.
