I didn’t expect the pool to be closed in May, but it was a closed for the season. The breakfast was excellent every morning with lots of options and responsive staff. The hotel staff were nice and responsive. No trouble getting extra linens, blankets or towels. I was by the exit door that slammed quite a bit. Otherwise it was a quiet place to stay for a few days. Only 2 Accessible rooms in the hotel. So be sure to call and verify. I selected accessible room through Expedia and did not receive one. The room was very clean and had a nice kitchen. The lobby has Late night snacks and frozen food available. Grub hub delivery is free for the first order I believe. I would recommend this property.

We were in St. Louis because my father was dying and we’re there to support my mother and spend time with my father. The staff learned of this when we need to extend our stay. They not only extended but got us a better rate for those day. They were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good. I’m gluten-free and dairy free, and was still able to find some good options. The lady at the front desk was very sweet. I will definitely return!

Glad I read the fine print before hitting send. Very slick Expedia. This hotel was fabulous. My check-in experience was horrible due to Expedia! Expedia hadn't sent my reservations to the hotel even though they had already CHARGED ME! We ended up having to wait for around an hour or so while the head hostess did her best to work this out. I could hear she was having trouble with the people with Expedia. Several Expedia representatives transferred her again and again, all while my exhausted 4 young children cried and acted silly in the lobby. The hotel's staff was amazing, and helped me entertain and even feed my children as we were forced to wait. This hotel has hired the most wonderful and accommodating staff that I have ever experienced in a hotel. This experience would have been much worse if it wasn't for the kind staff. At one point, the person from Expedia said they would send us to a different location in the area. I said no, we needed this exact hotel for our vacation plans. The hoastess assured us she wouldn't let that happen. FINALLY, Expedia sent over our booking. We got our room, only to find that instead of the double queen room I booked, we had a single king suit. Now I'm worried how much Expedia charged me, and all 5 of us had to sleep in one bed. Not the best night, but at least we had a clean and beautiful room. Homewood Suits, you get 5 stars! Expedia, I wouldn't reccomend you to my worst enemy!

Thank you for caring about how clean your hotel is. Was everything perfect no but it was by far the cleanest stay we had had recently. Everything was clean except the ceiling fan which was a little too dusty for me but a quick wipe down and all was good.
