Nice hotel in an excellent area of Manhattan. There was slight problem with check-in because the front desk is staffed by a security person and it wasn't clear what he needed from us to check in. Otherwise the hotel was clean and comfortable and we had a very nice stay.

Contrairement à certains commentaires négatifs, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet hébergement. Nous étions 3, ce qui nous a permis d'avoir assez d'espace. Le studio était très propre et l'hébergeur a su s'adapter à nos horaires d'arrivée et de départ en conservant nos bagages gratuitement jusqu'à 17h. L'emplacement est idéal

The apartment hotel was clean, comfortable and had a great bathroom and cozy beds and was the perfect size for our group of 5! It was close to everything. The host was very responsive to questions. The only thing that was less easy than a regular hotel was having them hold our bags the next morning after checkout. We had to wait awhile for staff to arrive in order to drop them off, where hotels have staffing 24 hours. It was a great stay, nonetheless and we'd recommend it to anyone with a larger group!

Absolutely loved our stay. Location was perfect. Room was a great size. Beds so comfortable. It was great having a little kitchen to be able to cook a couple of meals. Check-in process was so easy. Highly recommend.

This was our 2nd year staying here...it's convenient, easy check in/out, and they hold your luggage on the front or back ends of your stays. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

It was very good experience. Our host made sure we had storage before check in and after check out time. The place is very easy to find and great location. We walked everywhere. The room was very clean and warm. Sheets were clean and organized. Definitely coming back in the future. Great place for the price, great restaurants also. First time visiting NYC for holidays and loved it.
