Our room was clean. Loved the comp tickets for mini golf. Also concierge service for the beach chairs and umbrella. The breakfast was good. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Front desk was super helpful. Always smiling and happy to be there….. Super clean rooms While everyone at the hotel was super nice, Janis at the Front desk made sure our room was ready for us. Breakfast is a nice touch, with everything you need to start off your day. Great staff overall. Looking forward to our next visit to Bethany.

Hotel Bethany Beach was lovely! We got vouchers for beach chairs and an umbrella every day, two free tickets for dino mini golf, and a decent breakfast every morning. The location is awesome; just minutes from the beach (you could walk, drive, or take the trolley). The staff were super friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel in Bethany. Rooms were very clean. Bed had a mattress cover and seemed well maintained. Lots of comfortable feather pillows on the bed. Room had a modern smart TV in the room, with mini fridge that had a freezer and fridge, and a microwave. There was also a safe. Shower head left some to be desired but bathroom and room size was great. The location was walkable to the beach, boardwalk and plenty of food options. They offer free vouchers to mini golf and the botanical garden, as well as umbrella and chair rentals for the beach, which was a nice perk. There are also bike rentals available. Plenty of parking but the fee is not included in the room fee. Breakfast is decent and filling with sufficient options. Front desk friendly and helpful with things we needed. Our only gripe is the walls are absolutely paper thin - we could hear the neighbors snore and cough in the two rooms around us. We really enjoyed our stay and will return in the future.

We did not use the pool this time around but it looked clean. Front desk Staff was excellent and we tried the breakfast the morning of check out, was not bad. Room was clean but no cleaners came during our stay. Overall we loved the stay.

The location is amazing. They do charge $25 for parking and a hefty $150 for a dog so that fee ended up being more than our room for two nights which I thought was kind of crazy.

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with EVERYTHING!! The rooms were and hotel were updated and was crisp and clean . The staff was always helpful. They have an arrangement with beach chair and umbrella rental that is convenient. The crab house near there is great and they offer a 10% discount to those who stay at the hotel . Breakfast was really good and had a variety of. And we were able to have our dog with us . I would stay there again and again !
