The place is beautiful. We love older buildings and the room itself felt more like an apartment than hotel room. We were on the 3rd floor. Hotel is very quiet. Staff was very nice. Would highly recommend. Stayed overnight for a concert at Metro Gallery. Easy walk. Thanks again. JJ & Jackie Lititz PA

I never thought I’d become friends with the front desk staff at a hotel, but here I am! I want to give a huge thanks to Jamar (I hope I spelled your name right 😉). My family and I were in Baltimore this week to help my sister settle into her new university, and we were pretty nervous about the city since we’d never been here before. All the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to show us around. When we needed extra towels and toilet paper, Jamar was there to help us out. After dropping my sister off at school, I came back to the lobby feeling emotional and ended up crying. Jamar talked to me and offered such kind support—I really appreciated it! You truly made my whole week, and I felt much safer and more comfortable because of it. If you’re looking for a safe and clean hotel, this is the place. There’s staff in the lobby 24/7, and while the rooms might seem a bit old, remember that it’s a historic hotel. Thank you again, Jamar, and the entire team!
