The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. Has s bar that serves drinks and pizza which was very good. They also have a restaurant. The area around the hotel has lots of stores to shop at and many restaurants all within walking distance. Area is very walkable and nice. There is a plaza where they hold concerts at nite. The hotel is in a great location. If you want to travel outside the area there is public transportation,uber and Lyft if you don’t have a car. In the morning the hotel puts out muffins,granola bars for the guest. They also provide water you can take to have with you while walking around the area. The Loretto Chapel and cathedral are very close by. A very popular restaurant is called the shed. If you want to eat there make a reservation ahead of time. They were booked solid the 3 days I was there and the wait for a table if you do not have a reservation the wait can be from 1 to 2 hours unless you can get a seat at the bar which only has 8 chairs. I did manage to get a seat at the bar for lunch but not for dinner. You should make your reservation before going to Santa Fe. Not sure how far in advance but it is the too go place. I would stay there again if in the area.

Beautiful property, lots of character! Comfortable room and friendly staff! Love the old world charm and outdoor courtyard with view of mountains! Conveniently located to the plaza and garage parking. Will stay here again!

Free parking for guests was a HUGE benefit and savings. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and well stocked. The staff were All very helpful and someone was always available to help. The hotel was beautiful and the perfect location to the plaza, and walkable to just about all the places we wanted to explore in Santa Fe. And their pizza, OMG!!! We had it 2xs in a week.

The parking garage was convenient. The hotel was extremely clean. The room was spacious. The staff was very friendly. The location was perfect for walking around Santa Fe Plaza.

Great location. We appreciate it outside access directly to room. Parking available on site around the corner in the garage was great. We got one of the last spots however. Bar next door was fine. Right in the main historic district so everything within walking distance. Didn't try attached restaurant due to so many other places available. Staff and housekeeping were friendly an accommodating. Very clean. Minor gripe was I had to unplug the TV HDMI multiple times because of freezing up to reset it. Also was not aware of $30 a day resort fee for amenities which include parking and housekeeping according to the front desk. I don't view housekeeping as an amenity. Otherwise great stay and would definitely return.

Only a block away from the plaza and all the shops and restaurants. Loved the atmosphere as well. The room we had, had a balcony which was nice. The room was very comfortable. Only downside was that we had a room when you opened your door there was a steep staircase to the top, it was fine for me but a little hard for my 80 year old mom. I also didn't mind paying for the underground parking, if you've been by the plaza parking is hard to come by.
