We have an amazing stay. We have a beautiful ocean view room facing the beautiful Resurrection Bay. The bed was so comfortable we don’t want to get up in the morning. The front desk staff was so helpful and accommodating.

Modern and clean not run down and tiring looking like most Alaska properties. Very convenient location to restaurants and attractions, on a nice day ! Breakfast buffet is available if you choose to do so but we went to a grocery store and stock up the fridge and itemize microwave they provided . Very impressive for what Seward has to offer.

The location was the very best thing about the hotel. Staff was very helpful and provided great recommendations. Room was on the bay side so we had great views of Ressurection Bay. Room was a little sparse and the bathroom was tiny. Hotel a little pricy for my taste.

Breakfast was delicious and service was excellent. The hotel was very close to the Alaska SeaLife Center as well as shopping options and restaurants. Hotel management was amazing and immediately helped with a Reservation issue. Hotel transportation A1.

This property was almost perfect for our needs. We loved sitting on our balcony at night, looking out at the bay. The only disappointing thing was having to pay almost $20 per person for breakfast, which consisted of the same thing we had at our free continental breakfast in Anchorage. The breakfast was not worth the money, so we went out to eat instead.

Well located to downtown. Lobby good for family. Would have liked a chair in laundry room where I spent 3 hrs washing clothes .
