The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are well maintained. In a survey about check in, I mentioned that a mini fridge in the room would be great and maybe about a half hour later, a hotel worker was knocking on my door delivering a mini fridge! I was impressed, we would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect and parking was a breeze.

Nice staff, easy check-in, and about an 8 minute walk to red line which can get you all over town. No complaints about our stay.

We stayed for a night for a bachelorette trip all three rooms were clean comfy and had a great view. For the price you can’t beat that location and the staff was super friendly

Don’t expect a full service hotel, but it is suitably located, the staff couldn’t have been nicer, it was clean, and again, I can’t say enough about staff friendliness. Our room was tiny, so if you intend to spend a lot of time in the room, keep that in mind. But, we were out and about and enjoyed our stay very much!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Felix! While it may not technically be a five-star luxury chain, it definitely gave us five-star hotel vibes thanks to the incredible staff and the fantastic extra perks. The location is absolutely awesome. It puts you about a mile or so from all the major hotspots, including Navy Pier, the Riverwalk, and the Magnificent Mile. There are tons of excellent places to eat right nearby, and having a Divvy bike rental station right down the street made exploring the city incredibly easy. The service from the staff was top-notch from start to finish. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a stylish, perfectly located, and highly accommodating place to stay in Chicago!
