Really good location, clean and comfortable. Special thanks and mention to Edward who went above and beyond to accommodate us. 😊 Breakfast was ok (I had better in other places) there’s room to improve. Parking might become a problem if you are coming late to check in, I wish you can reserve it at the time you reserve the hotel. All and all very satisfied.

Hotel Garrett was a great find when we came into the City for a Giants game. It is in close proximity to the stadium (we walked to the stadium from the hotel) and lots of restaurants along the way! The staff were awesome; the room was clean and the bed sooo comfortable! We will definitely be back to Hotel Garrett anytime we come back to SF!

A clean and simple hotel close to the main streets of downtown San Francisco, a block or two south of Market Street. It’s a 15-minute walk to the Union Square. There’s a lot of shopping and dining in the area and transportation is of easy access. The room I booked has a king bed and there’s a lot of space to open my suitcase. The beddings and towels were new and clean. There’s free breakfast which you can get from near the front desk and that you can bring to your room to eat. The staff were nice and helpful. The price is very reasonable for downtown SFO. I will book in this hotel when I’m back in San Francisco.

The staff was amazing and super friendly!! They were very helpful and attentive as well. As far as our room, we did find lots of trash on the floor, as far as beer caps, coins, and random papers. I would stay again though.

the breakfast was pastries and coffee. limited vending. no AC but opening the windows keeps the room cool enough. lots of homeless around this area BUT they keep to themselves. good location for downtown. Great staff. super clean. i would stay here again. somahouse across the street has a great restraunt and menu that serves breakfast starting at 630.

Excellent location! They do have parking but you get an assigned spot. Excellent value for the money. It is an older hotel but has been remodeled.
