I had a really good stay here overall! When I first arrived to check in, the front‑desk lady wasn’t the friendliest and didn’t offer much information or suggestions. I arrived earlier than the normal check‑in time, and even though I had requested early check‑in, the room wasn’t ready — which I completely understood. The issue wasn’t the wait, it was her attitude and lack of communication, which wasn’t very inviting. After that, everything went much better. My toilet wasn’t flushing properly and the sink wasn’t draining, but as soon as I called the front desk, maintenance came right away and took care of it with no problem. I must say the shower isn't always hot. The rest of the staff truly made the stay shine. The lady and gentleman working the pool bar were extremely attentive, friendly, and helpful — they both provided great service. The bartenders in the lounge area were also very nice and welcoming. My room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing. And the location? Amazing. Just steps from most events in Ybor and super close to the free trolley, which made getting around so easy. Even with the check‑in hiccup, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it

This hotel is one of my all time favs! Rooms are spacious and clean, the pool is relaxing and great vibe. Love the bar drinks and food we had. Cuban sand was anazing. The staff is super accommodating as always - shout out to Mitch for taking great care of us this weekend!

The Front Entrance is not clearly marked. The Address on the Web Site and printed materials is a block away from the valet entrance. I was hot, tired, and frustrated after knocking on 3 or 4 sets of doors along 7th Street before I stumbled around the corner to the valet entrance, which I guess is the main entrance. The pool area was full on Friday mid-afternoon, with 3 or 4 seating areas blocked off as "Reserved". For whom? How do you reserve a seat? I retreated to the lobby in my bathing suit, found a comfortable chair, read for an hour, and then tried the pool area again. Hurray! One lounge was open! But the banquet staff was setting up for a wedding and reception, and after a brief swim, I had to pack up and leave again. So much for a relaxing afternoon by the pool. The room was very nice, sleek, and clean. But a better reading lamp (or two) would have been useful. I had to use the flashlight on my iPhone to review the printed reports I had to read. Over all, the staff in every location were very pleasant and helpful.

Loved my stay here! It’s a perfect distance from downtown, Riverwalk, and Raymond James. Concierge was hit or miss in terms of customer service, but I’m still grateful to have been upgraded to a suite on the house. If I’m ever back in Tampa, I would definitely stay here again.

No parking unless you’re willing to shell out quite a bit of money ! We didn’t valet because it was 40 bucks a night but ended up paying 30 in parking garage a block away anyways !
