Hotel was a great value. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was lack luster and the gym was out of commission (which I didn’t learn until after checking in), but all in all I’d recommend based on the rooms and cleanliness.

This is my go-to hotel in NYC. Centrally located near MSG, Empire State Building/Herald Square and FIT. Easy to go east or west, north or south. My room had issues with the TV remote and the AC but engineering came and fixed them immediately. If you're staying for more than one night, request a street-facing room or else you'll be facing a building. Room was clean, everything is nearby and staff was helpful.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby was clean and comfortable, and very stylish. Breakfast was nice - good pastries, fruit, yogurt and beverages. No hot food, but everything was good and it was not hectic like at chain hotels. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we had enough space for two adults and our luggage. Our street view was fabulous (all the flower shops) and the shower was fantastic.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Hayden , its was a nice hotel good enough for a good night sleep after walking 20k steps a day. The hotel is close to the subway station and Madison square garden it was easy to get around. Will book again in the future

While not a 5 Star hotel Hotel Hayden is perfect for a girl’s or family trip. It is close to Penn Station and we rode the train to La Guardia for about $5! Versus a $100 Uber ride. It only takes about 30 minutes to get there too. The hotel is in a great location to see local attractions and there is a subway stop on the corner. I would stay here again for sure!

I’m very happy with my start. My room was a little warm as it was hot this time of year. They did send someone up to help fix the AC unit which was much appreciated.

Very clean. Our only problem was that the bed moved around including coming up off the ground if you sat on the end of it.

La habitación estaba limpia, el personal es muy amable. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena ya que está entre la 6ta y 7ma avenida, tiene acceso al metro y a varias paradas de autobús. El desayuno no es continental ya que solo dan pan dulce, 3 tipos de frutas, yogurt y café, si llegas a bajar después de 9:30 ya no alcanzas desayuno cuando termina hasta las 10am.

The room was clean it was a continental breakfast the air conditioning worked but it did not blow as cold as it could have but it was tolerable
