First room had a malfunctioning AC unit. They were able to move us to a different room in a timely manner. From then on, we had no problems. Staff was friendly. Great stay!

Really lovely hotel, great location that feels just close enough to downtown area but also far enough away to be affordable. Really lovely staff and the rooms are super clean and modernized. No carpets in the rooms so sometimes the temp fluctuates a bit, but otherwise its a lovely hotel!

A great, affordable option for visiting SF. Front desk staff is super helpful and accommodating and the rooms are clean, modern, and have basically everything needed. The lack of a mini fridge is unfortunate but easy to overlook given the other upsides.

Paring is this only problem we faced. Other than that the hotel was very nice, good decoration, kept clean and we loved our room. It was a very warm and cozy building with very accommodating staff.

Incredible staff property. The area is a bit sketch after hours but waymo uber is easily accessible. There are restaurants markets in the near vicinity to accommodate for lack of in room amenities but overall a great place to stay. The hotel is near several bus stops so definitely accesible through the city.

I highly recommend this property. Great value for the money. Just a heads up......be prepared to pay between $40 and $60 per 24 hrs for parking as the hotel does not have parking available. The available parking offered is very close by and very secure 24/7.
