Very nice hotel! Loved the old refurbished hotel. Beautiful rooms, great amenities. Very small town but less than 10 minutes from Opelousas. Steamboat restaurant was excellent too and within walking distance from the hotel. Beautiful outdoor pool area. Really enjoyed my stay.!

Our room was spotless, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The hotel itself is a beautifully restored historic gem, with impressive attention to detail that truly enhances the experience. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to others!

Absolutely can’t go wrong with this place! From the second you walk in the door you go back a century! Original hard woods and decor. Soft music playing in the background and pristine cleanliness! The room is better than the pictures online. Seriously the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in for a hotel and that’s coming from someone that travels 3/4 of year all over the country. Steamboat restaurant down the road hits on all fronts. If I get to work down in that area again I know exactly where I’m staying!

Quite area. Historic building with modern upgrades. Small town with limited food establishments but close enough to surrounding cities to travel out. Would definitely stay again.
