Yes, we will return. We spent two nights here. After reading some reviews, i wanted to cancel our reservations, but my husband refused, and im so happy we didnt! The location is lovely. The personnel were excellent in their friendliness and helpfulness. It was peaceful, cozy, spotless, spacious. I would only say that the room needed more lighting, which is something a little negative. With our $18 coupons, they served us delicious hamburgers for lunch at the restaurant. And, of course, the front desk cookies were wonderful, as well!4,8/522 Feb 2024

The maya was a fantastic hidden getaway. It was clean, quiet, and had excellent amenities. The restaurant on site fuego served delicious food. With sanitizer and hot spas with powerful jets, the pool was fantastic. There was an outdoor lounge area and fenestration area that were quite inviting. I could have been in cancun or hawaii. Within walking distance are the aquarium, pikes, catalina express, Queen Mary, Pier point, Pikesall, Catalan Express, And Queen mary all within walking range. Renting ice skis is directly outside the back door. That was the greatest feature. A truly wonderful experience all around. Without if you want to visit ubud or locals like me who are looking for quaint accommodations, this is highly recommended. Have ten days to come back!.4,8/52 Jan 2024

We only went to the restaurant because it was my brothers birthday. The service there was excellent. We had lunch and breakfast. Our food was delicious, and we didnt have to wait long to get it! The place was spotless. I visited around 10.30. This location is highly recommended. It also has beautiful views of long beach.4,6/518 Jul 2024

Beautiful location close to many activities. Lots of facilities, but if you were excited about the chess board it is no longer available. Service is fine, however apparently there are times when there isnt room service available at all. The robes are very nice and comfortable. Front desk is impossible to contact because the phones in the room are 1000 years old. It takes forever to get someone on the phone. We waited more than 7 hours just for towels and gave up.4,6/52 Jun 2024

Before going on a cruise, i stayed here. The rooms had outside entrances and were really cool. I adored the plants in the lovely grounds. You could get there by taking the shuttle that was provided by the hotel, which was conveniently located near the long beach cruise terminal.4,6/53 Okt 2023

I highly recommend it for the whole package ambiance, view, staff, and delicious food! Attended a discussion roundtable on transgender health. The waterfront location and view were breathtaking! Since the weather didnt want to cooperate with the outdoor dining arrangements, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Very respectful and welcoming environment.4,6/53 Sep 2023

Beautiful hotel! The checkin staff was friendly and helpful. Nice rooms, love the atmosphere, very clean, no hairs in the bathroom lol thank you. It was fun being close to the water, good view from our room but didnt have full view. We didn't get to experience the pool but it looked great and there is a big chessboard there! Shared mignon filet mie with some friends for dinner on turkey day with several of my friends, delicious! After that we had an omelet from the restaurant for breakfast which was expensive but enough to share with two easily so made up for the cost and was delicious. Would definitely stay here again if i ever visit the area and would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you!.4,6/511 Mei 2023

The night before a carnival cruise, i stayed here Several months ago. Excellent customer service. Although they had some staffing issues that limited the food selection, they still had dozens of options. A few restaurants were also accessible by foot across the bridge. The pool was lovely, the outdoor seating areas offered stunning views, and the waters breeze was fantastic. Beautiful view of the lighthouse across from the bay and queen mary ship. The popcorn ceilings and the undersized king bed napoleon were both wonderful. I only had the opportunity to enjoy my luxury blanket from home for one night before housekeeping decided it was better than me. My $4750 pernight fourstar hotel bathroom lacks even a countertop, and because of its clogged drain, i nearly drowned in it. The gorgeous, filthy wood floors are peeling off and bubbling up from the concrete, giving off opulence. What if they thought of wrapping the slightly used down blanket in two flat sheets instead of putting on cot cover, what tastier idea. It was raineding on sunday with flooded balconies, so ive been looking for curtains that could hold their weight, but unfortunately, they close after about 15 seconds. You can expect long chargers from 2 red cinder block lights as lamps, which are the only sources of light you can anticipate, plus youll wake up with wet upper lip from your feet from kicking your boots off while lounging around the vinyl floors. If you enjoy being weated after getting out of the shower, just jump right in bed because you will wake yourself up without smelling any of it when the air conditioner is turned on. This location has seen better days, however, im not sure unless he wasnt born at that time. For reserving4,4/57 Jun 2024
