Great 2 bed 2 bath unit. Kitchen had all the necessary items needed for a weekend stay. Beautiful outside area on the 7th floor to view the city.

I had an issue getting the outside lock to work every time. Inside no issue but the tenants were fantastic help. It made the stay very welcoming and comfortable.

This was a great time. We were so tickled at our room! It was clean well decorated with all the amenities. Safe part of the neighborhood. Definitely an A+ plus will be back.

Room was excellent, with Kitchen, and was very clean. So quiet we never heard a sound all night, and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was as advertised, but was bare minimum (could have been a few more choices). We enjoyed our stay very much, recommend highly.

Surprised that room is considered a AirB&B. No staff found. Room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast had limited cold items, but coffee was excellent.

It was a very beautiful place to stay!! It was fully stocked with everything you would need to feel at home! My family and I loved staying there!!

Foyer was beautiful, floors were beautifully shined! Our room was large, comfortable, clean and looked just like the pictures. It seemed as tho there was some staff available during tornado warning where directed to the basement and at the continental breakfast altho without identification. We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Phillips!

The room was great, but the initial code to get in the building was wrong! A resident of the apartment side gave us the right code so that we could get our check in paperwork! Everyone around is super nice!

This building is a treasure! I love the effort to maintain the period feel. The beds were incredibly comfortable. We loved the speak easy game room and the rooftop deck was a nice place to relax in the breeze. Would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful property. Nice furnishings. However, one of the closets smelled very musty. And the HVAC system would not shut off. Even on heat it was still blowing cold air. I didn’t know it was a that home share thing until I arrived. And breakfast was lacking. While I’ve said quite a few negative things here I would still recommend it. It’s a nice place that is different from staying at a traditional hotel. If you like that sort of thing, this place is for you.

The check in at the desk was different. But ended up being okay. The hotel room was for the most part clean. When we first arrived we found the kitchen did not seem to have been swept. Also there were no trash bags for the trash can. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay!

The airconditioning did not work properly. We turned ac on when we arrived in town and fan but could not get room below 70.
