The room was clean and looked just like the pictures on website. The bed was comfortable. Location was great, in the heart of town near restaurants

Historic and charming hotel in a great location. It's a quick walk to restaurants, shopping, the sea mammal center and a stop for the free shuttle bus around town. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was great.

Such a GREAT location in the city end of Seward. Walking distance between the shore, restaurant choices, bike/walking path, and a covered stop for the free shuttle (has 14 stops) to get around the Seward area which consists of City and Harbor areas.

Excellent location, well maintained older property. Charming with great staff and located a stone's throw from adorable, quirky shops and restaurants

Staff was nice. Room was clean. Laundry facility a plus. Secured this hotel due to no response to voicemail left at Brown and Hawkins Apt. Will definitely book this hotel again and recommend to friends and family.

We reserved the 3 bedroom house for our family of 4 adults, but when we checked in were informed it was under renovation and was not available. They had reserved the executive king and executive double queen for us at the same price and comped us for the breakfast buffet for both mornings of our two night stay. The rooms were excellent, with a view of the ocean and mountains. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is free and easy to access.

The hotel is nice but do not have air conditioning. Ask for a fan at the front desk.

We needed a ride from the port and the gentleman was on break, so one of the front desk staff came and picked us up in her car! So great! We ended up staying on a day that was fairly warm, so they happily supplied a fan that helped make our stay very comfortable! Everyone was so helpful and kind, we felt very welcomed on all fronts! Thank you!

Nice, clean hotel. The rooms are not air conditioned so ask for a fan and you should be fine. Keep the windows open yo get fresh air.

The room was clean and tidy, the location was convenient, and the shuttle service was prompt. We were able to store our luggage at the lodge and were driven directly to the train station after checking out; we didn't retrieve our bags until we arrived in Anchorage, which was extremely convenient.
