Easy check-in, Very quiet considering how close to time's square the hotel is, clean spacious room, plenty storage drawers and a walk-in cupboard with hangers, can have beds made and towels changed everyday, room even had small bathtub. Also has secure luggage storage if your flight's on the evening you can leave luggage in storage after checkout and collect later that afternoon. Also offer's private airport transfers for additional fees

You cannot beat the location. The staff is friendly and the hotel feels very safe and secure. I love the old charm of the building.

It is a fantastic option if you want to be in Times Square. They were super accommodating leave our luggage before check-in. They had the World Cup games at the Lobby TV which was amazing. Bed comfortable and spacious enough for a hotel room. Everyone at the front desk was friendly. We experienced no outside noise (floor 11). We would go back.

Bathrooms were small, as we expected in an older building. However, they were clean. We loved the area!

Hotel St James is perfectly located in NYC. It is a wonderful hotel with amazing staff. We arrived early before our check in and we were allowed to check in early. Even if the room wouldn’t have been ready they have a place to store your luggage until it is which was fantastic. We settled in and were just a few steps away from Time Square! Love the location. Check out was equally wonderful and we did get a Late check out time upon request. They will even let you keep your luggage there for the day you leave if you have a late flight. 10 out of 10 recommend.
