I would absolutely recommend this hotel. I was supposed to stay somewhere else but needed to be checked in asap and they were able to take me. I needed up canceling my other reservation and staying at the Hotel Troy for my trip. The extremely kind and attentive staff won me over immediately, followed by the multiple beautiful living/lounging areas they have for guests. I was won over before I even got to my room! I will 100% be booking with them for my next trip. My only regret is not getting every staff members name so I could put their names in here but every staff member that was working from July 15th- July 21st are an outstanding unit and have the BEST customer care.

had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax. The hotel itself was quiet, clean, and conveniently located. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service and attention to detail. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Very nice, clean and attentive staff. The towels were nice and fluffy. The breakfast didn’t have waffles, scrambled eggs or sausage. But it had meets and cheeses. The only complaint was a squeak. I didn’t bring it to their attention because my hearing is bad, just take out my hearing aids at night, and I couldn’t hear it. And I didn’t want to move rooms. I did bring it to their attention upon leaving, and I hope it’s fixed for the next guest.

My wife and I stumbled upon this hotel when we lost power at home and really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were all friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the amenities at the hotel, including the gym and the free continental breakfast. The price was also very reasonable. We'd definitely stay here again if we were looking for a hotel in the area.

I would like to sincerely thank the entire staff for making my stay such a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, everyone was welcoming, kind, and genuinely helpful. I especially want to recognize Brian at the front desk. He was exceptional throughout my stay. His professionalism, patience, kindness, and willingness to help made me feel truly welcome. He handled every interaction with a smile and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. It is employees like Brian who make a hotel stand out. Pros: common spaces were cool, breakfast was way better and healthier than your normal continental breakfast, very clean everywhere, friendly and helpful staff Cons: the beds were hard and the temperature was hard to control

Nice, clean modern hotel. A step up from others in its price range (which was VERY reasonable for a Saturday night booking!) The whole hotel - rooms, common areas, etc, are clean with an upscale vibe. Staff is friendly & accommodating and plenty of parking on site. Two negatives to mention: 1. The room was on the warm side and adjusting the thermostat down (as instructed by staff) the room temp never got down below 74 or 75 degrees. Even though it was during a heat wave but that is not acceptable in a newer hotel that supposedly prioritizes guests/comfort - seems like there was an internal limit that would not allow a lower temp. 2. The whole "dogs/pets welcome" thing is concerning - not everyone is a pet lover and having to run into them in the elevators, lobby etc. was not enjoyable or pleasing. Plus having to think about whether you're sleeping on a bed/pillow where someone who considers their pet a person allowed them to sleep or lay on the pillow/bed (not to mention allergy issues that may result). So - would not stay here again because of those two issues - shame but they need to cater to guest comfort and PEOPLE...NOT animals.

The property was rated very highly and that's why we decided to stay there. The design of the building is unusual with curves in the external facade and curved walls in the larger internal spaces. This means that the rooms are not rectangular, at least the one we were in. This made the space less practical. The bathroom was very small with almost no space around the sink for our toiletries. But the worst part for us was that the air conditioning was not working. We checked in late and did not want to have maintenance come to the room to attempt a fix at that hour because we were tired. We also did not want to ask to change rooms at that hour because we had unpacked our suitcases and settled in. We stayed the night though uncomfortable and checked out early.

Due to room shortage I got single queen bed in stead of 2 queen bed. Air was not working, and being crammed into one bed made it very difficult to sleep. Temp in room when we checked in was 77 degrees ,when we got up, the temp Was still 77 but we kept resetting to 67 all night. We stayed there Fathers Day and it was fabulous.
