The service provided was firstrate! During our checkin, Isaiah and the staff at the front desk, named savoy, were incredibly accommodating and friendly. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and both the room and its cleanliness were topnotch. I had no issues with this place. Cant wait to return here for my next trip to chicago!.

I stayed one night because i switched to an Airbnb, but if ive ever been here again, ill definitely book again. I love this hidden gem of a hotel! I booked king size accommodation and they upgraded me to business deluxe at no extra charge!.

Comfortable, trendy, and cozy. The standard rooms are a little on the small side. Double beds, not queens. No fridge or microwave, but the tiny space is well utilized and the rooms clean and inviting. Public transportation makes the location excellent. It shouldnt take more than 15 minutes to get to any place in the city you need to be.

George and Jose were absolutely amazing, and i really appreciated their excellent service. The room was clean and the hotel decor was trendy throughout. Parking is separate from the building, not attached, but is indoors in an enclosed garage and validates by the hotels. Our double room had a slightly outdated bathroom, however for the price it was acceptable.

Back in the summer of 2017, i spent two nights here. Although it is an older structure, it remains quite charming. The lobby has a very eclectic decor. Both the room and the shower were spotless, and there was sanitizing bed. In the cinema parking garage, there is direct parking to the north. Present your parking ticket at the hotel desk.

The room size was pleasantly surprising. I had read online reviews that said the room was small, but i was expecting a tiny room. The lobby and throughout the hotel have very nice decor. Situated in lakeview, it is conveniently close to lincoln park. Many excellent restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Excellent hotel.

This place has a strategic location. The interior looks great, the bed is comfortable and the location is central. We stayed here to walk to the vic theater and it only takes 15 minutes to get there. Better prices than most in the area. Parking at the hotel costs $25 and is right around the corner so thats also helpful!.

Parking garage was very easy to find. Hertz garage is located a few buildings down on the same block as the hotel. Bring your parking ticket with you to check out. The front desk staff were very efficient so checkin was quick. Room was fine. There are scuffs on walls. Carpet in the room has stains. But its quiet and the bed is comfortable. I would stay here again because of the great location. Lots of fun restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

The hotel offers excellent value for the price paid. The queen wheelchair accessible room was a little cramped. To fit the wheelchair in, i had to move the bed. Although the bathroom was up swaying slightly, it was spacious and pleasant. It features receptacles and tucked away in opulent tubs. There is no refrigerator. In the room, there is nascent coffee maker and several coffee pods as well. As usual, getting into bed was quite challenging because the mattress is much higher than our wheelchair. This is typical of hotel accommodations. Who knows why? The staff members we spoke with were courteous and helpful. Excellent location with plenty of dining options that are easily accessible on foot. Additionally, parking garages are within walking distance. Over the street are target and supermarkets like Trader Joes across the road. We will try the kingsize accessible accommodation next time to see if theres more room to maneuver the chair.

I will definitely return to stay. I loved the location, the rooms were clean, comfortable beds, and the staff were very helpful. Shopping within walking distance, a small parking garage two blocks from the hotel and it costs $25 per day.

This hotel is fantastic. The staff is excellent, and the decor is adorable. Kind and accommodating. Prices are fair, the location is ideal. Although a little cramped, some of the rooms are functional. Ive only been there in the winter so far, getting the temperature right has been idly challenging each time (too cold and too warm). Neil and aidan were excellent!.

The hotel is very nice. The beds are very comfortable. Rooms are quite spacious. Parking is expensive. I will definitely stay here again! My only complaint is the cheap toilet paper in the bathroom! Nice location with a target and Trader Joes nearby for water and snacks.

The location is great, the facilities are what youd expect. The staff was polite and i had no problems. I had the smallest room which was the most affordable. It was a nice time, not amazing but definitely what ive expected.

This place is highly recommended. The location is very convenient to dePaul and is surrounded by restaurants and other amenities. Its not your typical hotel, kind of funky in a good way. Excellent staff. Very comfortable and great value. Rooms are just what you need.

I stayed at this hotel because it was close to an event my daughter and i were going to. I also like hotels with fun themes in their decorations. When we arrived at the hotel, we were already excited about the entrance it had been decorated with very colorful and fun art. We enjoyed taking pictures as we walked to the checkin desk. They told us we got a free upgrade which of course made us very happy. The elevator had lots of interesting stickers to read while going into our room. Everything in the room was very clean, including the bathroom. There were four different weights of pillows available, and the beds comforters were super fluffy. On the negative side of our visit, there were two things that didnt detract from the 5 stars. One would be that the rooms have water bottles but they cost 6.99 each if you need water, even for making your coffee inthe morning, unless you want to drink from his bathroom sink, which we did not do. Walking across the street, she gave me water bottle for 17 cents each. Another thing is that there is he fire department nearby, so we heard fire trucks coming by our window several times. If you are prone to sleep light, this may be ok for you. Many stores, restaurants, etc. Are located nearby. Overall,
