A beautiful hotel. I felt like royalty from the moment I arrived. Upbeat space, very woman empowered vibe. Bar was fun and always ppl there. Clean, comfy bed and pillows. Love the shower, so unique. Def worth it, I will be back

Lobby has interseting, creative 3-D art displays, board games, full service bar with stools, lounging area, restaurant (see website for times open and menu), friendly staff, free luggage hold if arriving before your check in time or after checkout so you can explore the area. During the summer months, the outdoor rooftop pool and Hedy's bar & lounge area are open for guests (call ahead to find exact dates and times) and is also available to the public. I highly recommend calling in advance for reservations fot non-registered guests. Direct views are facing north (Thomas Circle and beyond) and mostly west and east. My 10th-floor room was around the corner at the end of the hall and had a large south-facing window with plenty of morning/afternoon sun that shone on the chair . The views were split between the city (above nearby buildings) looking SE, though looking SW, I could partially see inside windows of least a dozen hotel rooms located around the corner. The comfy queen size bed with soft sheets had plenty of pillows, soft pink lighting behind the bedframe (which had 2 bendable reading lamps attached on either side in addition the two table lamps on the nightstands). I loved my room and the room service was exceptional for breakfast and everything tasted great. I'm definitely coming back next year to try put that soaking tub! (Didn't have any bubble bath on me). Thank you Hotel Zena !

Stayed at Hotel Zena Washington DC and had an amazing experience. The entire staff—from valet to housekeeping to management—were extremely professional and made me feel like I was staying somewhere truly upscale. The level of service really stood out; they treated you like you mattered. The hotel itself has a great vibe, beautiful views, and an overall polished, high-end feel. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place that combines comfort with a luxury experience

My girlfriend and I had an incredible experience at Hotel Zena. David at the front desk was excellent he made us feel very comfortable and was very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean room though a bit cozy. There was a random pillar structure in the middle of the room - turns out it was the shower. It's a very unique design and though the walls are opaque you can the silhouette of the person showering from the beds which can be always depending on your company. Excellent food and drink choices in the hotel restaurant and there are also lots of food options within walking distance. The pool wasn't open yet for the season but the view from the roof was beautiful anyway. All in all we would go back here again.

I’ve spent my weekend trip at hotel Zena and enjoyed my stay. The staffs are friendly and attentive to my needs. I love the complimentary coffee and water. It is also conveniently located a fee blocks from McPherson Square and Franklin park.
