This is a perfect budget hotel. Clean, no frills. Friendly staff who helped us check in early. You get a discount at the Mystic Diner if you stay there. And the king bed we slept on was wonderfully comfortable.

Clean renovated room, as previous reviews said, hotel is going through renovations. But room was clean and air conditioner worked great in room. Requested blankets at night and housekeeping was very prompt with delivery. Swimming pool was great, son had a blast swimming! Also breakfast at connected diner was good too and discount available if you show room key. All in all great stay for the price and very close to downtown Mystic and also aquarium. We definitely would stay again, great hotel for a basic stay. Room has mini fridge, which we used and a safe (we didn’t use). Also ice machine at hotel was convenient.

Clean property. Easy parking and close to Mystic Village. Good water pressure in the shower. Staff was helpful. The first room offered to us has a buzzing sound and we got a new room right the way. It has all the basic you need - fridge, microwave, a safe etc, but nothing too fancy. Good when you are at the hotel for sleep.

We stayed here for the location and price. Is in close proximity to Olde Mistick Village, Aquarium and Seaport Museum. On a nice day you can bike or walk 2.5 miles to downtown area. We will stay here again mainly due to cost and location.

Even though there was no breakfast, there are a ton of restaurants close by that are inexpensive.

Great location. Able to walk to the village. Staff was pleasant. For an older hotel it was very clean.

This place was surprisingly awesome. The room was nice, we only stayed for one night and got in late but the gentleman at the front desk was awesome and so kind, he let us know we could go in the indoor pool in the morning. We did take advantage of that, and my daughter had an amazing time. It was a nice stay. Nothing fancy just really nice people.

This location was worth it for its location and affordability. You won't be pleased if appearances, amenities, and luxury come first. You pay for what you get. Book a 4-star hotel if you're picky. The hair dryer and the torn torn torn to. The hair dryer was replaced but not repaired. The hallways are plain but good. Room is plain but large. Some 4 star hotels have small rooms. There's plenty of room to move around in this area. The furnishings are out of date. The first entry into the room smells, but after a few minutes, we weren't aware of it. There is one sink in the bathroom and one outside. Although it's an odd arrangement, it's advantageous that you can use the sink when the bathroom is occupied. There is an open closet for clothes with only 4 hangers. Bring your own if this is a problem for you. A fairly large indoor pool I didn't use because it was filled with children. You cannot blame the hotel for this. Its a lovely pool. There is a tiny fitness center, and the equipment works well. Howard johnsons restaurant was in the next building over, from someone who grew up here. Its now the mystic restaurant. Breakfast was very good and you get 10 off only for showing your room key.

Overall, this is a fantastic place. This hotel is clean. The cost is worth 1010 for the location, also the breakfast is not available. The room is clean but old. The bathroom is spotless and updated. If you have a room near the highway, you can still hear trucks passing by. The atmosphere here is more of a perplexing than pleasant.

Definitely a 2 star hotel. For what you pay for, you get what you pay for. Go to a 4 star hotel if you're picky. Don't complain about every detail if you don't want to pay a lot of money for a hotel. brittle toe and a hair dryer. They changed the hairdryer but did not fix the to. The hallway is small but good. The room is small but big. Some 4 star hotels have small rooms. There is plenty of space to move about here. The fixtures are outdated. On the first entry into the room, there is an odor, but after a few minutes, we didn't notice it. There is one sink in the bathroom and one outside the bathroom. It's odd setup, but the advantage is you can use the sink when the bathroom is full. There is an open closet for clothes with a whopping 4 hangers. If this is a problem for you, bring your own. There is a relatively large indoor pool, which I didn't use because it was filled with children. You can't blame the hotel for this. It's a nice pool. There is a little fitness center, and the equipment works fine. From someone else who grew up here, there was a Howard johnsons restaurant in the next building over. Its now a My

Fantastic price for this well-located hotel. Some rooms were under reconstruction, but I wasn't disturbed by any noise. It is a dated property and could use an overall refresh, which I hope is already underway. But the room was clean and comfortable, and it was nice and quiet at night.

Although the property is under renovation, there was no noise when we were in our room. Clean room! Comfy beds! Kids had the pool to themselves that was great. We were there Tuesday-Sat. Lounge chairs around pool are broken but you could sit on them. Very convenient location. Right across the street from Aquarium. Mystic Restaurant right out front, great food. They give a10% if you’re staying at the HoJo
