Beautiful hotel conveniently located and yet, created an atmosphere of luxury and quiet. Needed a receipt and staff said Expedia would send it, Expedia said hotel staff would send (no resolution yet) but the staff were friendly.

Almost everything about this hotel was top notch (except for the breakfast :/ ). The room and bathroom were awesome and spacious, the location can’t be beat (close to food and shopping but also downtown and JMU), and the gym and downstairs seating area were amazing. The breakfast was pretty bad, and I can usually make a hotel breakfast work, but that won’t stop me from staying here again.

Front desk David was very friendly. The parking was perfect for our truck and boat. Rooms were large and comfortable with great bedding. The price was very reasonable for a Saturday night. Having the tavern was a great change from our 3 day journey with only chain restaurants to choose from. Our server Ivy was a pleasure. Highly recommend.

Clean. Friendly staff. Rooftop bar is nice with good food and drinks. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was not great but it was free.

Exclent stay ! I travel with my mother. Who is 84 and we go at snail pace, this hotel always treat us so nice , we stay here every time we are traveling in this area, Thank you Hyatt !

We were only there for one night but loved the hotel!!! We got a warm welcome when we checked in, really liked the room setup with the king bed and L-shaped sofa, and thoroughly enjoyed dinner on the to floor after a long day of driving. We travel with our dog and he was welcomed, even got a biscuit when checking out. Highly recommend!!!

I stay here twice a year back and forth from Georgia to Massachusetts for the summer months. This is the half way point. We have stayed in other properties over the last 15 years and found this spot 3 years ago. Its the best spot in harrisonburg for the price & amenities. There is a hidden gem on the roof top for tapas and cocktails .

Very nice hotel! The amenities outside were very nice... Lots of cushioned chairs and big fire pit. The room felt cozy and comfortable. Great view of the mountains. Breakfast was okay. The upstairs restaurant had a nice view but I didn't eat there. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved the location. Place was very clean and people friendly. Breakfast offerings were great and included Greek yogurt bar. Loved the rooftop restaurant and that our sweet dog was able to come with us

Amazing stay - this Hyatt Place is only a few years old, immaculate, well-run, comfortable bed, great staff. Cassidy & Skye at the front desk were so kind & helpful. I highly recommend this hotel - a perfect stop on a long drive through VA.
