Hotel just need a refresh totally..obviously a few baseball and football fans have gone through here..owners need to stop collecting and put money back into the property..the staff are excellent

We could not have had a better experience. Perfectly located to PNC Park and city attractions. Staff was over the top friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. Will be staying here again for our next Pittsburgh trip!

Room was amazing- spacious & clean. BEST and most COMFY hotel bed and pillows ever!!! Walking distance to the three rivers point park/fountain, incline, coffee shops, market square, etc. Staff were friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to, even while they were busy working! (So many hotel stays we see lazy employees bumming around, and not working with any sense of purpose -> NOT THE CASE HERE!) Will DEFINITELY stay again if we ever find ourselves in Pittsburgh again! 💜

Its hotel is very beautiful, has great restaurants around. It is right off of the Riverwalk and the staff is wonderful. The hotel pool is very small and I don’t think there was a hot tub. If you’re traveling with pet pets this hotel is pet friendly however the only place to potty them is along the Riverwalk, which if you have to do that at night or early morning, it can be very dicey as there was aIt’s hotel is very beautiful, has great restaurants around. If you’re traveling with pets, this hotel is pet friendly however the only place to potty them is along the Riverwalk, which if you have to do that at night or early morning, it can be very dicey as there was a shooting right across from the hotel while we were there. There’s a fountain across from the hotel that goes all the way down past some nice restaurants and all the way down the steps to the Riverwalk, where people bring their children at night to hang out party, drink and smoke weed,and let kids swim in the fountain, which is a huge place for trouble to happen. Because of that reason I probably wouldn’t stay there again even though it is beautiful

Hyatt is a beautiful place to stay! Very clean, the staff is super friendly and everything is in walking distance. It’s literally two blocks from PNC Stadium which is beautiful as well! The river walk that is absolutely gorgeous also in walking distance from the Hyatt Place Pittsburgh-North Shore.
