The room looked old and expensive. The bathroom is old. Upgrade to Panorama View. The window in the room was dirty. The staff was welcoming, but the front desk staff was unhelpful. I had 4 bags and nobody asked for help.

This is a very nice, clean and comfortable hotel. We stayed only one night. I want to thank John Esposa from the reception office. This man was really very kind and kind to us.

The place is very good. It's clean. Everything is good, the staff is friendly and helpful. The food service is good. The staff is very nice. The bathroom is good. The bedroom is good. The elevator was slow. The iron did not work. The service was good.

It's a good place to stay if only you stay for one or two nights. This is an excellent motel and in a fantastic location. I was in Miami on business and decided to remain longer. After a disappointing experience at the Comfort Inn Suites which is right next door, we checked in here at the last minute at 10 am. I was very pleased to be able to get a room. The rooms are cozy and neat. The shower might have been better. But the cafe that is located on site was the real draw. We had a wonderful breakfast, and dino and real were both fantastic! Both men are excellent at their jobs and simply charming to chat with. There is also a fantastic view of the palm trees and passing boats. We also took a walk to the City Center Mall, an incredible mall with stores like chanel. The front desk staff was friendly. However, we were given incorrect directions to walk to. We ended up in a very seedy area of downtown. However, we did discover cos. There are some homeless individuals nearby in certain places. And we saw a man smoking marijuana near the hotel's entrance as we were walking back. Someone was having a party in their room on our last night, but after midnight, we could no longer hear any music.

This is my first time staying here and will be my last. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. The location is close to everything and you don't have to drive to eat or shop because it is only a walk away.
