This was exactly what I needed from a hotel. I stayed for two nights during a work trip. I arrived on Sunday and the hotel was within a couple blocks of Yokozuno, Dilly Diner, and several other spots that were convenient to pop into for a bite or a drink. Check in was a breeze, and even though parking in the attached garage carries an extra expense, guests can reach the Hyatt Regency, The Tulsa PAC and a couple of other properties from the connecting tunnels that run to the garage. On a whim, I made an appointment at the Lotus Spa on my second night and found the prices to be reasonable and the service relaxed and welcoming - I even discovered that the hotel offered me a credit to the spa as a guest after the service was provided and the spa adjusted my bill the next day. I ordered dinner from The Avery following my spa treatment to take back to the room and thought the food was great. There is an option for room service, though the menu is slightly paired down from the in-restaurant menu. I had an extra blanket delivered and they brought me two for good measure. I enjoyed tea on the second morning sitting by the pool on the third floor roof top watching the sun come up and reflect off the surrounding buildings. Both mornings, I stopped into Topeca Coffee and ordered a 12oz iced latte to go before setting out and was impressed by the flavor and the balance the baristas achieved. Everything was just what I needed it to be. Phenomenal stay. Highly recommend!

Free airport shuttle was top notch. Room was clean and bed were comfortable. Hotel rooms are on the older side but everything was clean and linens were fresh. Staff was so friendly (we used bell hop, shuttle, housekeeping, front desk and room service—- everyone was so nice). Will absolutely stay again!

We loved our stay at the Hyatt. The staff was wonderful and helpful and my family really enjoyed both the pool and the gym. Also having an amazing coffee shop downstairs was the cherry on top!

Everything was wonderful. The staff was especially nice. I was sick to my stomach when I came in on the Fourth of July night. I called the front desk and asked if they sold tums or anything else along that line. They didn’t have anything. They sent up a can of ginger ale, and that did the trick! They went above and beyond to help me out and I appreciated it!

After years of traveling to OKC for business I discovered this hotel about two years ago and have not stayed at a different place since! Staff is very friendly, they remember you and go out of their way to improve your stay. Highly recommended.

Room was clean and spacious. The air-conditioned was very quiet and not under the window like the lower class properties. Very walkable to work and entertainment.

Convenient to the airport. Shuttle to airport was easy to get to. Bed was great! Clean room. There is a spa and restuarant there. I will use that the next time I go. It was worth every penny!

This was our first time staying at this Hyatt. It is in a fantastic location, walking distance to many things, The PAC is right across the little park, Guthrie on the green just a few minutes walk.

The Hyatt Regency went above and beyond to take care of us during our special weekend. We were staying close to home to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. I requested a room on a high floor fornthe views. To our suprise they decorated our room with baloons, rose pedals, signs and a lovely hand written letter from the staff. They also gave us free parking, two free breakfasts, access to the 15th floor lounge and our room was loaded with a fift basket of snacks and drinks. We cannot thank you enough for making our anniversary feel so special. Everything was amazing. Perfect downtown location to our baseball game, great food, the pool was awesome and we can't wait to return!!
