The staff here is excellent. I have stayed here multiple times and the give nothing but 5star service. I love the ability to text them with questions and they get back to me almost instantly with how can I help! They are the best!

My wife and I celebrated our 10th Year Anniversary here; wouldn't hesitate to do it again! The service was great and the dinner recommendation was a huge win! The Larch! Try the Mushrooms they are amazing as was EVERYTHING ELSE! The bed was soooo comfortable, and we had a great time playing a round of mini-golf before our other adventures came about. Thank You Devin, and Merry Anniversary to you and yours, and just a BIG THANK YOU to all of your staff! See you next time!

The unit we stayed in (411/412) was immaculate, pretty view of the mountains from our balcony. I wish we would have known the wine tasting room wasn't open though, we had planned our Monday afternoon around going there. Pool nice and clean, we spent a lot of time there.

Our room was clean, comfortable, & had a great view of Tumwater Mtn & the Alpine Twister! Front Desk staff were always polite, informative, & committed to helping us. Their included breakfast was excellent with a variety of hot & cold options. Great way to start our day! The mini- golf course was a fun challenge. Surprised the on-site JJ Grill did Not have desserts on their menu.

From the very first moment, I loved everything about the Resort. The staff greeted me warmly and were very friendly. I arrived at 1:00 PM, before the official check-in time, and my room was already prepared—check-in wasn't until 4:00 PM. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast; everything was fresh and continuously restocked. While I can't detail every highlight, I will definitely recommend this Resort to friends and family. I had a fantastic weekend here—definitely a 10/10 experience! 😊

My husband and I stayed at Icicle Village Resort for 4 nights mid week and were very impressed with our stay. The hotel and the grounds were beautiful and very clean. Loved the option of two pools and hot tubs. . The mini golf was fun, but does cost $10 per person to play. They also have a games room, a small area for disc golf with available discs, a pickelball/basketball court, and lots of benches and tables around the property to chill and relax. There is a water refilling station inside for water bottles. The daily included buffet breakfast was great. All items were freshly made according to the staff and not frozen. Real eggs, potatoes, breakfast meats and waffles/french toast. One of the best hotel breakfasts I've had. Plus you are eating in the hotel restaurant JJ Hills which has a lovely patio with a view of the alpine coaster. There is a small wine tasting cottage on site but was only opened Friday to Sunday so we did not have a chance to try. But they currently offer 2 for 1 pours of wine. There is also a weight room which is small but functional plus an Alpine spa which was closed on Tuesday and Wednesday. It was our first trip to Leavenworth and we would definitely recommend Icicle Village Resort and would love to stay here again.

Great place to stay with kids. They enjoyed the game room and the outdoor pool. It was also a short walk to the adventure park and easy to walk into town. The hot breakfast was great too, lots of options for everyone.
