Quirky and Fantastically Located Our family loves this place - right in the heart of the action but fairly quiet. We love the old marble stairways and the exposed brick and the ability to house a family of five in Manhattan at a somewhat reasonable price. We usually stay a week or more so the kitchenette is handy and this one was particularly well-stocked with utensils we needed. This unit also has a nice amount of clever storage - chairs that hang when not in use, hooks, hangers and shelves. And an extra bonus of a few cleaning supplies to help keep the place tidy, a powerful air conditioner and even an umbrella. These are the things that make a small space workable. We like to hang out at Bryant Park, eat in Korea Town, travel by subway and leave for theatre less than an hour before the curtain goes up - so the location is ideal. Don’t mistake this for high luxury. The bunk bed was creaky and you won’t find plump, fresh towels waiting everyday. It can be crowded at the front desk and there are a number of different operations working out of one building so you may have to ask around to get help for your unit. But if you’re easy about a little inconvenience here and there, you’ll probably love this place too. Ps. Bring your own wash cloth if you need one.😁

The room is really close to Times Square and Broadway. Made it really easy to navigate and walking to and from events or looking at the sights. There were many restaurants and markets, which made it easy to find food options and other items that may have been forgotten. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when I come for my next visit.

Room was great!…..I had wallet stolen outside so it made experience worse, but the doorman/receptionist was great, helped me out a lot as I was going thru some troubles….can’t remember his name, older African gentleman. That’s the kind of good relations businesses need!

I have to stayed in a place that wants you to give them refunded $100 I had to look for a trusted place to get the money. It cost $53 ! The bathroom/ shower were on another floor.

We had a very nice stay in this studio apartment rental. The room was clean and comfortable and a cozy fit for two adults and three kids. Not something most hotels can provide for this price. The location could not have been more convenient to Penn Station, Broadway, and the Empire State Building. We looked up the building and found that it was originally built in 1867, so historic as well! All that said, this was not a hotel. Check in was at a small room in the back of the building lobby, the $100 cash only security deposit was anticipated but obviously unusual, and the woman on call did not speak English. That said, they were helpful and responsive and we had no issues with the stay or support. These are small concerns for an apartment rental, but just be aware if expecting to stay at an actual hotel.

very difficult to find… 100 dollar cash deposit was strange, everything felt flimsy while there being a huge fine for breaking anything.

O pior hotel que fiquei na minha vida. Pior que. Aqueles hotéis de bera de estrada. Hotel sujo barulhento e caro muito desconfortável. Dentro do quarto um barulho que não deixava ninguém dormir. Cama com colchão velho lençóis pinicando pareia que tinha pulga. Aquecimento primitivo. Caro muito caro paguei 360 dólares pra passar uma noite não tinha nem estacionamento nem convênio com nenhum estacionamento sem café da manhã nada anuncio mentiroso nada ver com as fotos era melhor ter ido a um hotel bera de estrada pagava 70 dólares e minha experiência seria milhões de vezes melhor. Foquem longe desse pulgueiro 👎👎👎

This place takes advantage of people and their mula . I had a loss in the family and they are unwilling to refund me. In life there are unfortunate circumstances beyond our control. To think and know this establishment will keep your mula after 9 days prior to stay notification on a family loss is unethical. It shouldn't even be listed as a hotel since it's a B&B which there is a major difference as far as service provided. I did not attend do to my circumstances but I pray they get karma in this case.
