You can't beat the location for the price. You're pretty much in the heart of anything you'd want to do in the main hub of Charleston. If you're like me, you'll appreciate being able to park you car on site (there's a fee per day that I can't remember, but it wasn't outrageous) and not having to do valet each time. I find that super convenient as opposed to parking in a garage or further down the road, in case I need something from the car. It was a quick trip for me, as I only stayed 2 nights, so I can't speak for every single amenity offered, but what I did see and use was great. You can't check-in until 3:00, and I arrived early, but I was still able to use the lot to park as I walked around town. They even hurried the check-in process and I got my room early. The AC worked perfectly and was much needed as it was very hot the few days I was there. The AC was pretty loud, so if that bothers you keep that in mind. They mentioned online that they updated the rooms quite a bit, and I have no idea what it was like before, but they are very nice now. I had a King room and it was very spacious. The area with the toilet/shower was a little small as a heads up if that bothers you. Other than that I really had no complaints. I didn't notice any crazy noise issues on the property, but you're right off the busy main streets, so traffic noise and construction noise might occur.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. A good place to stay near the historic district places of interests. If you're and desire to be adventurous, Isle of Palms beach can be accessed via local bus!

This hotel was perfect! It was beautifully maintained, staff was friendly, and the amenities were great. They offered a free continental breakfast but included coffee cake and pastries, as well as your typical continental fixings. They also had a complimentary wine and charcuterie board offering from 5-6:30 pm. The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and the beds extremely comfortable. It also was centrally located in downtown. Steps from the City Market and a 10-15 minute walk to waterfront and Rainbow Row. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you Indigo Inn for a perfect stay.

Very nice property in an excellent location. Very clean, rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable. Lots of parking and an elevator. Breakfast was nice with several items to choose from, they had coffee available all day. They have wine and cheese every evening (other beverages and bits to eat as well). We could walk anywhere in about 10 minutes! We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location! Quiet from the loud bustling streets and super easy to walk everywhere. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, treats during the day, wine & cheese, cookies & milk and unlimited tea & coffee. The front desk staff and cleaning staff were all lovely as well. There's an elevator. Highly recommend!

Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Indigo is a great value. Pleasant courtyard. Breakfast, afternoon reception and milk and cookies at night. Housekeeping does a great job. Highly recommended if you are out exploring the city and not planning on spending a lot of time at the inn. We'll be returning.
