Schöner Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte eine gute Größe. Das Personal war nett und beim Check-In wurde uns eine Flasche Wein aufs Haus angeboten. Perfekte Lage und ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Zudem gibt es ein Restaurant im Haus.

We checked in late and checked out very early, just a one night stay on a road trip but all information was very clear! Room was spotless, bathroom was beautiful, all the amenities we needed. Appreciated the free chocolates, water, coffee and wine!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. From the moment we arrived at Inn at Rose’s Landing, we felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of. The hospitality here is unmatched. We were greeted so warmly, and the staff went above and beyond by recommending local spots around town that ended up making our trip even more memorable. Every recommendation was perfect, and we had such a fun time exploring Morro Bay because of it. The little details truly made this stay feel special and luxurious — complimentary wine and chocolates waiting for us, and they even helped bring our luggage to our room. It instantly put us in vacation mode and made us feel cared for from the start. The room itself was spotless, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. But the real highlight was the balcony view overlooking the ocean… absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to that view alone made this stay a 10/10 experience. Another huge plus is the location. Everything is within walking distance — the cute little shops, restaurants, and waterfront spots were all so close and convenient. We’ve stayed at four different hotels in Morro Bay, and this one is hands down our number one pick. At other places we experienced long waits for rooms and unfriendly service, but Inn at Rose’s Landing completely changed the experience for us. This is officially our go-to hotel whenever we visit. The hotel provided a parking space right infront of the main enterence. The staff was excellent and the room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay and the complimentary bottle of wine. We'll return next time we're in Morro Bay.

We enjoyed our stay at Inn at Rose’s Landing in Morro Bay. The location was great, the room was comfortable, and the after-hours check-in process was smooth and easy, which we really appreciated after arriving later in the day. The property made for a convenient and relaxing base to enjoy Morro Bay. The bathroom barn door did not have a lock and would slide open, so privacy was a little limited. Pro-tip: install heavy magnets to help keep the door in place. You may want to consider adding a lock.

This place was awesome above and beyond! They gave us a complimentary bottle of wine and free bottled water is a huge plus. They slso think of all the little things to make your stay and experience even better. I was beyond please and satisfied with the service and easy check-in. Everything was so easy and smooth and the ambiance of the area and rooftop patio was the best! And the rooms are so clean! Will definitely come back!

Excellent amenities (free bottle of wine, wine glasses, $20 coupon for restaurant, robes and much more)! Outside areas need better cleaning (a wipe down of table & chairs would be great! Staff were helpful and friendly. We love Morro Bay and this place made it even better.

everything went really well. The foods get there. The staff is very friendly and helpful and courteous. We’ve been there several times and we enjoy it. We really do everything’s walking distance and they give you good advice on where to go where to shop it’s really nice. I had a great time. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. We will be joining more stays there in the future.

Clean room, friendly staff, nice view. Seems like it was recently renovated. Saw Seals, Otters, etc., in the Bay frequently. The room (210) was small. I.e., not even a chair to sit in - the only place to sit is on the bed. I realize that they can’t just magically increase the size of the room, but something to know beforehand. The restaurant is decent. On one night, the service was great - on the next night, it was so-so. Seemed like the waitress was more interested in chatting up the bartender than service. The cable box in the room had to be reset from time to time - not sure why. You can’t have the sliding door to the balcony open at night because the Seals are barking all the time. Again, not the hotel’s fault, but something to consider. Parking is limited but we always managed to find a spot nearby. Plenty of shops and restaurants within a short walk. Don’t mean to come across too negatively, we were not disappointed by the stay!

The bed was terrible, needs replaced, the chairs in the room are wood with no cushions and very uncomfortable… location was good, rooftop area smell like the kitchen because of the exhaust fan….. overall I won’t return, too many other places to stay in the same area that might be better…..
